How to run ghost encounters:
specters (40 hp half during the day)se the base stat block for saves and checks as well as condition and such. They have a plus 4 to hit attack that does 1d10 psychic damage
ghouls (47hp half during the day) are the same as specters but can use horrific visage causing you to make a DC15 wis saves or have a fear level increase
whispers (14 hp half during the day) can’t do damage but can whisper and you make a DC 17 charisma save or be nervous (disadvantage on attack rolls) they can’t be applied conditions and fail all saves automatically
poltergeist (27hp half during the day) can’t attack physical but can make 2 improvised ranged attacks a turn (depending on size and shape either 1d4 or 1d8 bludgeoning/piercing damage) same condition and save rules as whispers
