*well he isn’t on ddb beyond but his Statblock, from a 3rd party book for beyond level 20, is kinda wild. He also has quite a few fun abilities, such as lair actions everywhere, and the ability to, each round, just choose his initiative count.*

*not entirely sure, their main power is in status effects and they can’t actually do much in terms of damage each round. But they are very, very, very hard to kill. But yeah, they would prove a big challenge to Ragnaris. Their main powers are time related*
