(Cut for Arch.)
Ragnaris roars at the figure, sensing the sphere around the cage. He inhales deeply, then exhales yet another torrent of white hot flames into the horde. They take 115 fire damage (ignores immunity and resistance).
His scales once more grow white hot, causing the horde to take an additional 71 fire damage (ignores immunity and resistance.)
The spirit makes another four attacks, swinging its scythe wildly.
Attack #1: 34
Damage: 18
Attack #2: 23
Damage: 15
Attack #3: 28
Damage: 15
Attack #4: 39
Damage: 18
It’s good to say the horde disperses, too injured and too scattered to pick up the cage.
the figure dispels the death spirit with another wave of their hand, and watches them fall down. It’s almost as if the window was falling down the building with Rag to let them see him fall.
Ragnaris slams his body against the walls of cage, attempting to break it open.
Athletics (with disadvantage):

22
If that doesn't work, he prays to the Archcrone to help save him from his fate.
The 22 puts a dent in the cage, but more importantly: its defenses. Once the spell wears off for the antimagic, he can try to perform a teleportation spell with a high DC of failure, to escape the cage.
He decides to take a long rest to wait out the effects of the antimagic field, and because if he lowers his exhaustion to 4 he can at least move.
The antimagic field ends, and when he wakes up, that figure is still staring at him from the window.
DC 28 charisma check to successfully cast the spell against the cage’s defenses.
Cha check: 27
The spell fails, but the magic weakens. DC 22 next time.
He growls, and this time he puts all of his will into casting the spell.
Charisma check: 25
They manage to teleport outside of the cage, and are now a few miles down in the pit. Most devils steer clear of here because he was falling a bit ago, but now he’s free and the only ones who see it are the figure in the spire, and a few imps.
He begins to flap his immense wings, climbing higher and higher with each wingbeat.
The dark figure watches them ascend, following them up, up, all the way up. Eventually, Ragnaris encounters a pit fiend, staring at him in surprise.
Ragnaris casts suffocate on the fiend. He watches with a cruel smile as it begins to choke and gasp.
Attack: 33
That hits, and it can’t make the following saves, so it plummets after seven rounds. The figure watches with curiosity at the spell they just cast, watching the pit fiend plummet. They’ll be fine, since they’ll wake up before they hit the bottom.
Ragnaris keeps ascending, keeping his eye on the figure all the while.
A few thousand feet up, and the figure is gone and the window stops following him. He still feels her eyes watching him…
Lonely is back to being a desolate ball of sadness, starting to cry after what happened with Jason. Their shadow is trying to claw itself away from Lonely and to attack the nearest creature, failing to do so. In addition, the ground around them has lost its color.
"My my, such a sad sight to see..." A feminine voice speaks as the area becomes darker.
Lonely doesn’t acknowledge them, practically drowning in their own sadness.
Korizek would pop his head out from under the ground.
"Friend won't speak....to me....either..."
"Well forcing him to tell us won't do any good, darling."

He sees, on a ledge of the nearby wall, the figure watching them. They’re about the size of an average human and have skin decorated with starry, swirling patterns, not actual stars but quite close, in the shape of glowing tattoos. Their actual skin is a charcoal black, and their horned face is covered by a black hood gilded with gold, robes flowing Down around them. Around their waist and connecting their cloak and their hands are decorative chains, resembling interdimensional shackles. The creature smiles, revealing sharp white teeth.

Hi there! My name's Elk. I'm NoiSilverheart's doppelgänger. I'm a demi/grayromantic, socially awkward Okie who may or may not be a pyromaniac. *random confetti blast*
I'm a warlock of the Archcrone, and my patron is TheFriendlyArchfey. I was nicknamed AchatesCervus8337 by VitusW and given the titles "Swashbuckling Scorcher", "The Unpredictable Jedi", "Burning Fury of the Ancients", and "Combustion Knight" by DrummerBoyDragonSlayer.
