 He walks up one of the walls, beginning to workout of the ceiling “I don’t know, Bulma and Gohan are the smart ones. I just like fighting.” He says moving faster then Luffy can see.

Dio taunts him “OH DONT RUN! I THOUGHT YOU WERE GOING TO BE THE PIRATE KING, AND I’VE BEEN HOLDING BACK! HOW COULD SOMEONE AS WEAK AS YOU BE THE PIRATE KING?!”

 "I like fighting too, but only the people who hurt my friends.." he says between mouthfuls of muffin. His arm is stretched towards the button as he sits near the area where they appear.

 He looks at the arm and it reminds him of his tail back when he was a kid “Hey. That’s a pretty cool arm. You have powers too?” He drops to the floor, and begins to charge up, the air shaking.

 "I just need space for a minute!" He yells with rage, steaming as he punches the air again. His eyes are shut and he rests his hand over his heart. Soft drum beats are heard around him as he convulses violently, lighting striking him from afar. Steam exits his mouth and radiates from his body. A flash appears and the ground around Luffy cracks, his hair curling and turning white, along with his clothing... "I did it... I didn't think.."

 “Come back here and fight me like a man! I’ll even stop holding back!”

 *I don’t even think the most powerful characters here have that much. Mostly because that would become a boring slugfest with no real winner, or just wouldn’t be fun*

 *Well if I had Goku use Kiaoken x20 for one turn he could probably put a big dent in that healthbar, but you’re right.*

 His hair begins to blink golden and spike up. As suddenly as it began it stops, suddenly Goku’s hair is golden, spiking up, and his eyes are blue “This is super saiyan.”
