The angel (demon?) seems a bit afraid, which I imagine Rag sees a lot. It watches as he digs. "I already had a route, but your way seems a bit faster!" He calls nervously.
Rat looks up from his work but doesn’t stop digging, seeing the fear in their eyes and stopping. His arms turn back to normal and he stands fully up “What’s strong? Is something coming for the dome?”
"No, I don't believe so. You are simply very intimidating and I've never seen anything like it. I haven't adapted to being out of New Babylon yet, so new things still scare me a little bit. Your arms seem to change by magic, but not a magic that I know. All magic that I know of is pure and radiant, fuelled by the liquid songs of the blessed Chorus Whales and combusted inside divine engines. You lack an engine, yet you still practice magic. I must learn to adapt quicker if I am to survive."
“I have accomplished magic, but I do not use it. I am sure you have noticed my inhuman stature and strength. How do I say this? I am a dragon, a part of me is at least. Although compared to other dragons I am still a monster in my own right.” He goes back to digging “I apologize if you are truly intimidated by me.”
*I would make Kars, but that seems unfair with the Bull he can do as the ultimate life form.*
Adam approaches the vampire, his body even more radiant than Dio’s to the point of irritation. He has his knuckle dusters on, his fists dripping blood.
*If Himy’s still here.*
*Yes! I am!*
Dio tosses away the corpse and looks at Adam with disdain “What do you want, mortal?”
Adam looks at the vampire, his face stony but his eyes full of disgust “Mortal you say? I assume you believe yourself to be a god?”
“Not yet. First I need a loyal and selfless friend, then I need the souls of 36 sinners, then I need to repeat the14 phrases, reach the location that is revealed to me, and the finally I can achieve Heaven.”

"You are a very powerful being. I had the idea that I may end up killing you if you had the desire to betray me... but now I'm not sure it would matter what I decided. I still know nothing of your capabilities, and in the elden tomes thousands of angels fought against the scaled lords and were felled before they could even begin their battle song. We have improved, but it seems you have as well. I still don't even know what I can do. If you decided to betray me and take the Ambrosia for yourself, I would be unable to stop you, even before you ascended to godhood through the meal. But if I am to create Ambrosia in the first place, I need your experience. We shall have to make an extra portion for you, not because I find you untrustworthy, but simply because it is the safest option by far. Perhaps I catastrophize, but I have been crushed and maimed by far weaker beings than you for far less than godhood."

“I was never planning on betraying you. “The creatures above do not understand the truth of mortality, only someone who has experienced both will truly understand what it means to be human. You thought you were going to help people, you were lied to. You are not at fault for having faith in those you thought were to be trusted. You deserve better as much as anyone else. The fact that you see you have made a mistake makes you more human than anyone above, which makes you more divine than they shall ever be.” He feels tears dropping down from Rag’s face, “You are not alone, while you are at the dome you have a family that shall not fade.”
*With whom then? Also it’s always good to psychoanalyze yourself.*
*Doesn’t really matter. Though I do feel the urge to make another character, either an approximation of myself (in all my glorious bizarreness and mental instability) or another anime character. I’m leaning more towards the first one though. Also the time before the last time I psychoanalyzed myself I realized I had high sociopathic tendencies, which wasn’t very fun, then the next time I came to terms with it, and now I’m looking at my improvement, which is small, but there nonetheless. Anyways, that’s enough about my psyche (Oooh, now I’m wondering what stand I would have)*

"From the stars of the inner sea, from the tower of insight, from the four corners of paradise, let them know; their story is filled with blessings. Only those free of sin may pass... Garden of Avalon!”
”The elements coalesce, amalgamate, and bring forth the star that interweaves all creation. Bow down with death! Enuma Elish!”

“Not yet. First I need a loyal and selfless friend, then I need the souls of 36 sinners, then I need to repeat the14 phrases, reach the location that is revealed to me, and the finally I can achieve Heaven.”

He sighs and looks him in the eyes, his own glowing softly “You disgust me. You are the greatest failure humanity has ever experienced since myself, and for that you are unforgivable. You are destined to fail in whatever goal you seek, because you are filth.”
"Ah, I see. So the feature is biological? I have seen through your skin and seen nothing that could grant such an ability, but what that means is more concerning than magic: the biology of dragons must be far different than the ones I have come to know. Can you breathe fire like the great scaled lords in the elden tomes?"

“Well the things is, I don’t associate with humans, other than the few I deem useful. What you don’t understand is this: I have rejected my humanity, and ascended to something far beyond the constraints of mortal men! KONO DIO DA!*

He takes a deep breath, his chest expanding greatly, “Witness.” He turns his head to the sky and breaths out hard, flames filling the sky, so hot that they boil the remaining blood in the corpse he brought to the dome simply through the heat in the air.
"I have witnessed, and I have measured. You have been judged and found worthy..." it whispers, barely audible even to himself over the roar of the flames. It seems that it's immune to the heat, but it still recoils and braces against the wave of hot air.

“You have ascended nowhere. You have simply made yourself worse than before. You have denied yourself my mercy, you will die here.” He begins to move towards with an aura of murder even greater than Dio’s, although his fist are down, seemingly open to a strike. No need to roll init, attack first.
When the flames stop he turns back to the hole, the dirt newly turned molten by the devastating flames. He continues to dig, deeper and deeper into the earth “What did you say a moment ago?” He asks calmly “What did it mean?”
*Rather not actually fight right this moment. I’m feeling more in the mood for chill fun time, y’know? Though then again, I did post on a thread for combat, so it pretty much all on me. Also, I know it seems like I abandoned Zeilgasht like I do with a lot of me projects, but it will be back eventually*

*Ah if you feel like chillin I’m down to do that, just felt like establishing that Adam, you know the father of humanity would have an issue with Dio’s childish nature in throwing it away. You still lookin to rp then?*

I am content with the power I have, after all, as a wise man once said “What is a dragon other than another god?” Or something similar, I cannot perfectly remember. Either way, I learned a lot from that man, but something I’ve always known is loyalty.” He walks up to the angel demon, looking him in the eyes, putting one finger to their chest “If you don’t completely trust me then I won’t help you, it’s as simple as that.”
The celestial is silent. "I am sorry. I was mortal once, and deep down, I am still afraid of dragons. Of demons. Of being stuffed into the mechanical angels that masquerade in flesh guises." He starts shaking, the flesh melting like fondant off his face to reveal oily machinery wrought of gold and marble. "I am sorry, Rag. I am not fit to hunt with one such as you. I spent so much time trying to get back home... but I should have... or maybe I... but... what if...?" He starts trying to back away, scared stiff.

Rag places a gargantuan hand on their shoulder comfortingly “You may not deserve something, I surely haven’t deserved many of the things I now have. You cannot be blamed for being afraid. I have been afraid for most of my life, afraid of what I am, what I can do, the people I might hurt in my rage, afraid to lose those I love. Those fears will hold you down forever unless you push against them.” He embraces them, going onto one knee “Cry it out, I am here for you.” *Rag is officially W mans.*
*Gah, back. Had to do something, then got distracted, then psychoanalyzed myself (which is always a little weird, but it’s good for me. I think) then through that process, I realized I have a weird speech pattern that tends to leak into my characters as well. Anyways, sure, I’d still be down to rp*

He hugs Rag, his flesh regenerating as the shaking stops. "I shouldn't be afraid. The only things to fear are our Lords Above, the rulers of New Babylon... but they've abandoned me. They left me to rot because I couldn't finish their impossible task. I had a family. A job. A life. And I gave it up. Such a cardinal sin could not be forgiven. They took my right to die, and I had ceded my right to live. Now here I am. Half-alive, half-dead, and afraid of everything. I pushed myself so far, and I still can't push myself to trust the only person who was kind to me at all. I'm so sorry, Rag. You deserve better. Everyone does. But Heaven was not made for men or monsters. It wasn't even made for angels..."

*Cut for Himy*
*With whom then? Also it’s always good to psychoanalyze yourself.*
