“What can I say? I’ve lived an interesting life.” He chuckles, rubbing his beard.
He sets down his bowl, before muttering some words Rag doesn’t understand, as water begins to flow from his hands, washing the bowl “Thanks for the food.”

“It’s the least I could do for the new arrival, no one knows when you’ll be dead, or when I’ll be dead forever, so it’s better to treat everyone with kindness now.” He smiles softly, content with his own words.
“Wise words, even if I don’t fully subscribe to such a belief.”

“Fair enough, one must be kind, but not gullible. Anyway, I’ve got things I must do, it was nice meeting you.”
“Sure. Imma go kill some people who annoy me.” He walks away, while making a limerick “There once was a half dragon man. Of him I was quite a fan. He knew how to cook. Seemed strong from a look. Quite the wonderful half dragon man.”

Cú Chulainn is killing some people. Despite his legendary status and heritage, the sword he’s using is unremarkable

Guts watches from his rock, sharpening his own unremarkable yet gargantuan sword, the helm of his berserker armor over.
He fights gracefully, using a combination of swordplay and martial arts to brutally murder his opponents

His eyes watch with a soldier’s analysis, cold, unbothered by the bloody murder, simply learning from watching.
He finish off the last person, sheathing his sword “Not even worth a Limerick.”

He shakes his head, lowering his sword “You’re fighting the wrong people if you want someone strong.”
“I’m aware. I was looking for a warmup, but those guys didn’t even get the blood flowing. I didn’t even use any magic!”

“Best way to get blood flowing if fighting someone who will make you bleed.” He says in his tired voice, putting away his whetstone.
He smiles “You got a point. I’m Cú Chulainn. You can call me Cú, Chu, or Lainn, or the whole thing if it floats your boat.”

“Okay, Lainn.” He weakly smiles back at them “You’re a new arrival right? I don’t pay much attention to that anymore. Or at all really.”
“Yep! How about you?”

“I’m fine, name’s Guts by the way.”
“That’s a weird name. Then again my name literally means Guard Dog of Chulainn.”
