He steps down from the hill he stands on, holding out two closed hands. "One leads to life..." He opens his left hand to reveal a Tablet of Awakening. A magic item that can restore a soul to its original shape and resurrect a creature from oblivion. "The other, death..." He opens his right. Inside is a gleaming name tag reading 'Daughter Moth.' Helianth immediately recognizes, through some paranormal insight that this is what the Queen was really looking for.
"Each has a cost. What will you pay?"
The crooked ghoul looks over both options, though its attention is immediately fixated on the Tablet of Awakening. Something that powerful that could bring someone back from the dead... bring a certain someone back from the dead... for that, there is no cost too great in its mind. But to bring them back, just for them to see the sorry state the realm is in... then again, he might be able to help a lot with fixing this mess. Decisions, decisions...
"What are their costs? I'd like to know what I'm signing up for by accepting either option."
"I suppose a minimum bid is in order." There's a certain satisfaction in his voice. He lifts his left hand, revealing a Queen card in his sleeve. "A life for a life." He lowers his right, closing his first and turning it over, revealing a tarot card in this sleeve. The Sun. "A name for a name."
The star-swallowing monstrosity looks over both options, still very cautious of the deal but at the same time, how could it possibly resist? "...I was planning on killing her anyway, so a life for a life sounds like a fair trade. You have yourself a deal... though, if you allow, I have one query." It carefully takes the Queen card, the heat of its flames causing the edges of the paper to crisp and fold slightly, but nothing more. "You've power enough to rival her, or at least close to that. I can sense it- you are wreathed in it, it pools around you. What stops you from killing her yourself?"

"I want this to hurt." He whispers. "I want her to regret. I want to unweave her web, unwind the tapestry her life." He shakes slightly. It's hard to tell if it's rage or laughter. "I want her to feel the weight of her sins crushing her spine."
He takes a deep breath to calm himself. "Besides, I can't afford to fail. Now..." He holds out the Tablet with two fingers. "Consider this an advance."
