"You have a wonderful laugh." Felix casually notes.
*This man is mentally ill. I don't think he cares about the consequences of "no universe in a couple of millennia." He's just vibin', as his culture has taught him. Unfortunately, he is drawn to more violent vibes than his culture produces, and Helianth is like the epitome of what he needs to be happy. It's always hungry so he can feed it, he knows what it wants, it's accepting of his ideas and tells him whether they're good or bad without bias, and it's helping him improve. This is his dream friend.*
"Thank you. You're wonderful to talk to." Helianth notes this with a similar casual tone.
*Helianth probably thinks of Felix in the same way- its dream friend. He loves cooking, is the only person it's found that can prepare light, and has an equal disregard for the consequences of eating a stellar object. They're a perfect friendship- much to the detriment of literally everyone else.*
"Really?" He looks up, starry-eyed. "Wow! Everyone I know says I'm annoying and pointlessly cruel! Thank you!"
*It is probably the first person Felix has had a personal relationship with that... well, you can guess judging by what he said that he wasn't very well accepted. His family was convinced that he was actually mad.*
"Of course! I've also been told by many that I'm 'monstrous' or 'insane' or 'dooming us all', but not you. You're the best friend I've ever had the joy of sharing this journey with!"
*Yeah, same for Helianth. Then again, Helianth never really bothered trying to make friends with people that can't help it in its goal. I suppose it's more fitting to say that Felix is the first person Helianth has had a personal relationship with that wasn't entirely made for self-serving reasons.*

Let him who is without sin cast the first stone.
May each word that I speak be backed by each of my teeth.
Helianth continues on their path, carrying Felix as they shamble ever closer to the site of the crash.
You notice a scarecrow stuck with arms outspread in a field. Two sheep skulls have been placed on its shoulders. Many of the crows that flock around it have two heads, but not all of them.
Eventually your map leads you through the twisting patterns of the corn fields. You pass through with no further interruptions besides seeing a blacksnake writhe by with two faces fused onto its worm-like body. Then you emerge into a clearing.
Here, all the corn has been knocked flat to the ground. Laying derelict in the earth is a strange, alien ship. It seems to be built like an ammonite shell, a huge segmented spiral. A dark doorway is permanently open what with the doors being torn off. Vein like wires hang dead and lifeless from the portal into the ship.
You notice a misshapen body lying lifeless before the spell jammer. A two headed calf lies in its own dry blood which spilt from the wounds in both its slit throats. It doesn't seem to have been dead for long.

The sunflower slowly crawls towards the ship, its numerous heads watching all their surroundings. Its roots extend to the dead calf, but stop and retract upon the realization that the blood is dry.
"Well, here we are. It's certainly in rough shape, but with some time and effort, it'll be sailing the stars soon enough!"

A hot blast of air blows out of the ship door like a dying breath. Something alien and twisted lurches out of the ship. It towers at a height higher than two men and it is hard to discern what is a fat fold of flesh and what is rippling muscle. Its arms are unnaturally long, it's knuckles brush the earth. Wart like pustules cover its back and shoulders and it of course has two hideous heads. Rattling breaths escape from between open mouths full of cracked, yellow teeth. Yellow drool stains its lower lip and round chin. Huge, bulbous eyes stare unblinkingly out at you two and it lets out a beastly groan. "Hrrhrhrrhrr...."
His eyebrows raise. He wasn't expecting that. "Wow. You know what you're doing, huh? I know how food works, I think, I just don't have the skill to prepare it myself. I'm a very hungry being, you see, and I need constant food or I'll shrivel up and die. Do you think I could order something from you sometime? I'll help you mop up."
He looks him in the eyes “It was a part of my past to know that sort of thing. We never had enough food to feed everyone. So I joined the crusades so my family could live, never looked back, my family wouldn’t have recognized me regardless. I would be willing to help you out I suppose.”
He goes quiet for a moment, his smile fading. "I'm sorry. My goal was to feed the universe, but I failed you and your family. I always felt guilty for how much I ate, so I wanted to make sure no one would be hungry again. I have over 8 billion demons working through every day and night to produce safe, nutritious food for the world, but it's never enough. I'm sorry, friend. I should have been there for you."
He looks to the holy blade he carries, his voice growing solemn “You are not the one in the wrong, I abandoned my family and never looked back. When I came back to the farm my son had grown old enough to help with the food, but by then I had already become the man I am now, a man my family wouldn’t recognize, wouldn’t accept.”
Dyscharist is eating breakfast with many ghouls, the scene resembling a horrific version of the Last Supper. Gore and bones litter the table.
Fahkar watches from the shadows.
Dyscharist doesn't seem to pay much attention, but he gives an occasional glance, not as a warning, but as an invitation.
From his glances, he can tell that the hooded figure that is the Bringer of Dawn has a serious distaste for ghouls.
Eventually, this "game" gets boring. "Care to step in, friend?" The ghouls suddenly notice Fahkar and begin to flee. "We've plenty of food to share."
Fahkar approaches. Dawnbringer, the sword that gives Fahkar his title, lets out a sigh. "Are you one of them?" Fahkar says, clearly referring to the ghouls.
*Gotta go sry*
Dyscherist smiles warmly. "Well, on a fundamental level I'm much worse, but no."
*All good!*
"Then who are you?"

Milio has been ditched. Now Xerath is my friend.
My average accuracy in Marvel Rivals is about 15%.
This upcoming Wednesday I will be flying back to Scotland for a week and then I have a conference after that that will keep me busy. I ain’t going to be around much while I’m there so I’ll be inactive for a little less than two weeks. Just thought I should let y’all know to account for my absence.
Alrighty. Good luck with stuff, see ya in a-little-less-than-two weeks!
