I’m allies with Tarasque. I want to be allies with both Gonzalo and Drizzle, but they are enemies. If I side with Drizzle, Gonzalo will keep me from the ocean forever. If I side with Gonzalo, Drizzle will raid me. I see only one solution. Migrating away from the ocean. Arch, can I do that?

It is a peaceful event, and no organized troops will be allowed to approach the town of Old Caterinna.

 The Lich (not mechanically, just flavor-wise) Pontiff Blackmoore levitates over to the event, bringing with him a shambling drove of undead. None of them are armed, and most of them are very childlike, or are occupied with taking care of the less intelligent undead.
