The sound of a massive commotion just outside the barrier near the main entrance to the camp alerts everybody within earshot. Anyone with a line of sight to the direction the sound came from can see that about 30 feet from the arch that marks the camp's entrance is a fight between a empusa and a teenager covered in mud and other bits of foilage. What can be seen of the kid's features reveal a sharp, angular face, jet black hair, a lean and skinny body, and long legs. He wears a mud-splattered Metallica t-shirt, ripped jeans, and a tattered pair of Converse high tops. He is attempting to fend off the empusa with a hunting knife while slowly backing towards the arch, but is panting and staggering, clearly on the verge of collapsing. Strangely enough, he has no satyr guide.
