Noctis would walk over to a secluded place hidden by bushes and place a hand on the shadows within, then lets out a deep bellow the reverberate out from him. The shadow he touches starts to vibrate from his bellow as he holds this sound for a full minute. Once he is done, he motions for Harvey to come over to him.
