39, including M, succeed the dex save, taking half damage. The rest take full damage and are knocked prone. Each creature that starts its turn in the water will make another save at the start of each of their turns: 13 magical bludgeoning
36, including M, succeed the con save, taking half damage while the rest take full, as the water momentarily grows freezing cold for 18 cold damage
Margarite fails her int save, and finds herself suddenly trapped in barbed fishing wire, unable to escape it and taking 2 psychic damage
Now pls... Init in groups of 5 for survivors, with M on her own for obvious reasons
