Andrew's form shifts as the mist covers him, transforming his visage into that of a monstrous beast as fear and dread begin to pull out of his shadowy, horrid form of fear (Think the Cleric Beast but shadowy and with piercing icy eyes). Then he lets out a thunderous roar that can be heard up to 300 feet away as he suddenly disappears in a burst of black lightning and concussive energy. The wolf needs to make another Dex save, DC of 18 and taking 34 thunder damage on a failed, half on a success.
He then appears 90 ft away from the wolf, holding his stick in his huge clawed hand.
Also, temp hp for his Form of Fear 13
