“What the?” He approaches the border of the dome and reaches his to nearly touch it.
The dome holds strong, keeping him in place.
He lowers his hand and edges closer to the symbol. He casts detect magic. (Which doesn’t make him visible as it is Greater Invisibilty)
He senses a ten foot dome surrounding him, trapping him inside.

Apparently... there may be a way to access a small part of CLIO, a secret backdoor entry way that was ignored by the others because, well, it can't really do anything. But, you realize... you may be able to engineer it to become a tracking device for CLIO...
