 They all, very enthusiastically, put 2 thumbs up with a smile

 "Are they related to the underworld?"

 They do the same thing, and one does finger guns

 "Did his mortal parents marry after he was created?"

 They shrug simultaneously 

 "You probably would not know that, I apologize. Is his godly parent Hades?"

Late at night, a teenage boy, 15 years or so of age, is seen, making his way to the camp as far as he can. Based on the way he runs, it’s clear he has an injured leg. He looks scared, panicked even, checking over his shoulder to see if anything is following him. He’s exhausted, it seems, but he’s still running.  He stands at 6’2, with warm, reddish brown eyes, flecked with bright crimson. His hair is wild, unkempt, curly and a deep brown, going down to his shoulders. He wears a white shirt under an unbuttoned, dark red flannel jacket with rolled up sleeves, and ripped black jeans.  there is a large burn scar stretching across his forearm. He has golden stud earrings and he’s holding a pocket knife in one hand.

 Makana is conflicted for a moment, hiding in the water, before running over to offer hwr shoulder in support "Lean on me... Itll take the weight off your leg, and get you inside faster.."

 He glances to Makana, at first with fear, then with an expression of relief. “Thank you-…” he whispers, leaning on Makana.

 "Dont thank me until we're inside... Cmon" she starts moving at whatever the fastest he can go seems to be

 Despite being injured, he hobbles along fairly fast. Makana hears something rustle in the trees behind them, and he picks up the pace.

 "... Whats following you? In those trees?"

 *sorry for the delay, was eating dinner*

”I-I don’t know what it is-… goat-lion-snake… thing…” he stutters.

 *No worries!!* "... Chimera. How long has it been following?"

 “On and off…. For eight months. It found me again four days ago…”

Makana hears a roar coming from the woods.

 "... Can I pick you up? We have to move."

He speeds up a bit more, running as fast as his injured leg can carry him.

*your choice if you want to have them outrun it or if you wanna fight the Chimera*

 *Im fine with either:)) But know Makanas 'fighting' isnt much of a normal fight lol* "Alright... Let me know if you change your mind" she matches his pace

 *I’m not up to running a real encounter right now actually*

They cross Thalia’s pine, and the Chimera retreats into the deeper woods, but not before shooting a blast of fire into the sky in anger. The boy collapses to the ground, gasping.

 "Thats it... Take a breather..." She takes a knee next to him "Youre safe now"

 He looks up to Makana, taking a deep breath. “They can’t-… they can’t make it past the Pine, right?… that’s what- that’s what he told me-…”
