According to the rumors, after the Second Titan War was won, the Olympians agreed to give the guy who killed Kronos a wish granted, expecting him to ask for immortality. But instead, he made them promise to claim all of their half-bloods, including the gods who are not of Olympian status. This rumor is supported by a couple things, but most of all is the fact Hermes Cabin was a lot emptier the next few weeks."

 “Oh! Wow… I hadn’t heard. Maybe, then… I will get claimed eventually.”

 "You should any day now. By the way, I failed to catch your name. I am Maho."

 *alright! Since it’s a lot of writing I’ll split it up into multiple posts. Also so you can comment on each of them*

*Elijah Barlowe is a bubbly, pink obsessed 14 year old boy, no more than 5’0 tall, with blonde hair and blue eyes. He was born into a very wealthy, very conservative Catholic family. He knows both of his mortal parents, though he believes his father to be the non biological one. Elijah, growing up, was taught by his parents a whole lot of things about how this world is evil and how if he doesn’t obey the teachings of the Bible, he’ll go to hell. Now, Elijah was into a whole lot of traditionally, ‘girly,’ things, made friends with misbehaving kids, and showed little interest in what his father wanted him to be interested in. This caused a whole lot of problems. His father emotionally abused and manipulated him, and his mother did nothing to stop it. Elijah, because of his parents, strives to be morally good and perfect in their eyes, which manifests in a whole lot of ways, including his utter aversion to cursing and swearing. That is a lot so I’ll let you respond before I continue, but this is where the problems start*

 *Now, Now, Elijah’s story just gets so much better here! He arrives at camp, and boom! Greek myths exist. This contradicts everything he ever knew and was taught. What does he do, forget about his past beliefs? No, silly! He decides, ‘…maybe both are true?’ And then refuses to think about it because Elijah can’t solve internal issues. Then the big issue: Angelo. Angelo, Cyno’s character, is this like, teen soldier from Northern Ireland multiple decades ago who somehow ended up here after some time shenanigans. Elijah interacts with Angelo and tries to befriend him, with little success. Then, Elijah gets injured playing capture the flag, Angelo checks to make sure he’s alright, and the conversation eventually leads to Elijah’s problems with swearing and stuff that’s, ‘demonic.’ Elijah refuses to talk about it, Elijah’s friend Leslie tries to fight Angelo to make him stop, and Elijah does magic for the first time, making them stop fighting as Leslie just… forgets what’s happening.*

 *oooooooooh. I looked up the memory related beings, but all of them are female....... but then again, maybe elijah's hunch is wrong.....*

 *mwhaaha, it is very confusing if you don’t know every time Elijah has used magic, it has a bigger theme*

*Elijah eventually confronts Angelo, and they talk… then, through Angelo forcing Elijah to stop running away, Elijah opens up about his issues. Mainly, about how he doesn’t think he’s good enough. You see, Elijah doesn’t blame his parents for manipulating and emotionally abusing him, he blames himself :>. They talk a bit more, and eventually start to connect. They become, like, friends! They interact more, even have a bit of fun, Elijah gives Angelo a friendship bracelet. At one point, Elijah uses magic to knock Angelo unconscious and bedazzle him with copious amounts of makeup, dragging him around camp to show everybody, and Elijah is really, really good at makeup. However, during one of their talks, early on In their friendship, Angelo asks why Elijah keeps talking to him when it usually ends in frustration or sadness. ‘Do you have a crush on me or something?’ Angelo said.*

*This sent Elijah into a state of moral panic. ‘He couldn’t like Angelo, that was… unnatural… it’d get him sent to hell… what would his parents think!?‘  but the thing is… Elijah does have a crush on Angelo. And by some god damn miracle, rolled a 24 on deception to hide that fact from Angelo.*

 *heh. nice. I remember that makeup thing. I also remember you threatening Omar with a bat because they called Angelo cute*

 *yeah, Elijah’s crush on Angelo is slowly morphing into an obsession. It’s torturing Elijah, because he’s in denial that he even has a crush on him, because he’s trying to convince himself he’s not gay. His parents were the most kind and wonderful people to him* if you couldn’t tell, sarcaaaaaaasssmmmmm

*anyways, this is where the story becomes a freaking Soap Opera. I mean, it was dramatic as all heck before this, but it gets crazy here. Elijah receives instructions from the Oracle, about the prophecy of the sun and moon, Angelo jokingly steals Elijah’s crucifix necklace and Elijah gets really aggressive about wanting to get it back, Regina and Angelo get concerned with his obsession over the thing and the religion which he realistically shouldn’t still believe in. This culminated in Elijah trying to punch Angelo in the face, failing, and Angelo storming off, dropping the crucifix. And his friendship bracelet.*

*at about the same time, Leslie is told about the quest and how she has to come. She also just so happens to admit to Elijah that (gasp) she has had a crush on him the entire time! And I was so evil, because do you want to know what I had Elijah do?*

*Elijah went along with it. And said. That he. Liked Leslie. Back. Because he was. So terrified. Of not being normal. And of being gay. That he lied to his best friend. About having feelings for her.*

 *oh. my. god. here, Tara gave me an evil storyteller badge of no honor. I want to give one to you for that*

 *aww, thanks! Is it truly despicable and evil as all hell? I hope it is :>*

*i didn’t even mention that Elijah promised to talk about his issues with his crucifix being stolen with Regina and Angelo before they left, and then he literally just didn’t*

 He reads Makana the first part, and then pauses, reading over the second part before reading that one out loud too.

 She nods at the first part quietly, but at the second part, her waters immediately grow stormy "What?!!! Who wrote that?!! What?!!! Ill.... Illl..!!!"
