*Wild magic mushroom. My world grows various magic mushrooms that each have their own type of wild magic chart. The most powerful variant is know as a Pandemonium mushroom. One of the characters was hallucinating from the spores of a flying balloon/jellyfish/mushroom creature and thought throwing a Pandemonium mushroom at the creature would be a good idea. It was not.*
