*its this rouge vigilante cyber-hero type called kendo. They're still getting the hang of this whole "vigilante" thing because they died in a car crash 20 years ago. At that time, they were just this closeted teenage girl who lived in san-fransisco's japantown and longed to break free. Dark magic or whatever brought them back as a sorta human, sorta monster, and they took that opportunity and started doing cool monster stuff*

*You don't have to then. If you want stats you could find a stat block that fits or you could play without a stat block and mostly avoid combat.*
