Entering into the massive bastion, the sounds of battle are silenced as the door close behind them. The interior looks nothing like a war-prepped fortress outside, instead mirroring an arcane palace.
“Interesting.” Correlion glances at the walls, entering deeper into the palace and writing down any runes they come across.

Giratina's mental voice is surrounded by incomprehensible whispers. "Get out of my head. Let us speak face to face, as equals."
In a moment. You have caught me mid trance, otherwise I would have greeted you in person. The voice fades and around five minutes later, Giratina hears the nearly silent wingbeats of the archangel, descending from some sort of glass platform above the massive tree. Correlion tucks their hair behind one ear, touching down. “I can guess that this is not a visit for idle chatter. You do not seem the type.”
"You would be correct. As I have said earlier, we share a common enemy. The former king Malrick plans to go to war against you. My hunting of him was... not immediately successful. I have an offer. I will join your Hellriders, and fight with you in the coming battles. In return, you will help me track down the former king, and give me the pleasure of ripping his flesh from his bones." Giratina absentmindedly sharpens its claws against each other with the sound of nails on a blackboard.

Correlion raises an eyebrow. “You wish to become a Hellrider? You will be required to undertake an oath, but not one of fealty. One against the oppression of tyranny. If Malrick wishes for war, even after the embarrassing defeat of his best soldier Umbraveth, he shall have it, and his blood should spill from my blade. But his death shall be yours. I have no interest in personally killing him once more. He has lost to me already, and as such, is a dead man in my eyes.” Correlion brings a hand up to their chin in a pondering expression. “Malrick is lacking in many areas, yet his art of escape is quite impressive. I will peruse my library of arcane spells to track the former king. Scrying him is out of the question for now - but there may be other ways to find or trap him.”

*Also I didn't mention this, but I moved my last 15 feet of movement after the attacks away*
Bludspiter twists into the first dagger throw, the blade sinking into its shoulder and staying there. Less than a moment after that, it's covered the 65ft distance between them at blistering speed, slamming into Hettie full force with its shield, the dragon's head boss releasing a massive pulse of lightning on impact.
Attack: 37 Damage: 47 magical bludgeoning plus 4 lightning. Attack: 27 Damage: 45 magical bludgeoning plus 2 lightning. Attack: 26 Damage: 54 magical bludgeoning plus 2 lightning.
If any of those hit, Hettie needs to make a constitution saving throw (at disadvantage if she's wearing metal armour or made of metal) against 42 lightning damage, half on a success. On a failure, she can't take reactions for the next minute, but can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of her turns. Also if any of those hit, Bludspiter attacks again.
Attack: 36 Damage: 41 magical bludgeoning plus 5 lightning.
*Hettie's magical returning dagger is suppressed by Bludspiter's antimagic field, which doesn't suppress Bludspiter's shield as antimagic field can't suppress artifacts. As a result, only your first attack hits, and you no longer have your dagger.*
