*A creature voluntarily dropping from the air due to gravity would not count as using the Disengage action in D&D 5e Intentional decent. If a flying creature chooses to descend while flying using gravity it's still considered movement. Unless the creature goes into a swift decent such as a dive. I've always played by these rules, but I might be wrong. Ill ask the mods.*
