First off, I do not personally believe what I'm arguing for.
For most of history, civilisations thrived without any concept of ‘human rights.’ Order was maintained through laws, traditions, and duties, not rights written on paper. If rights were truly necessary, humanity could not have advanced before the 20th century, yet empires rose and societies flourished. In fact, rights collapse the moment they conflict with power or survival. During wars, pandemics, and national crises, governments often suspend certain rights in the interest of maintaining order and security. If something can be taken away the instant it becomes inconvenient, it is not necessary; it is optional. What truly matters are responsibilities and duties. If people fulfil their duty not to kill, there is no need for a so-called ‘right to life.’ If communities provide food, safety, and order, society functions without appealing to imaginary entitlements. Rights are an illusion, a philosophical luxury, not a foundation of human existence. What humanity needs is stability, security, and survival. Human rights, while appealing in theory, are not necessary in practice.
Dangggggg. You should be a lawyer or at least in a debate club.
