Leaning heavily against the wall of the alley is a large Bug Beast. They are larger than your average human,with broad shoulders, a back covered with a massive shell dominated by two sideways-facing spikes, and most notably, a stubby, beetle-like third arm. Their face and long neck are covered by what appears to be a human cloak, with the hood on backwards so it covers the face completely apart from a single eye-hole, and the rest wrapped around the neck. In one of its human arms it carries what looks like a syringe, and in the other, a jagged metal spike.
