"I'd feel bad for the one who gets the gods to pay attention to them. Usually, that means they're mad at you, or are about to send you on some ridiculous quest."
"Yeah... probably. I mean, I'd go on a quest to cure this."
"My father told me that 'If other people don't accept your form, that's their problem. All that matters is that you're comfortable with yourself.'" She laughs dryly. "Of course, I can't really talk, since the whole reason I learned shapeshifting is so that I don't have to get attacked by others. People really aren't very trusting if your bloodline is cursed by a demon, especially if it's easily seen." Looking closer, you can see that while she can pass as human with her hood up, she is quite obviously something else. Raski will cast Globe of Invulnerability at 6th level.
She slashes three times with her sword. If one of them misses, they will instead hit. If one of them hits, it will also deal an extra 6 Psychic damage, as well as another 23 force damage, and make a DC 20 CHA save. On a fail, take 34 Psychic damage, and become incapacitated and disappear until the end of my next turn.
Attack 1: 20 Damage: 13
Attack 1: 30 Damage: 10
Attack 1: 25 Damage: 10
Raski sighs. "You people don't know what you're doing." 9 (what does the disappear entail, or is it just paralyzed?)

Attack 2: 16 Damage: 14 psychic damage. (This damage cannot be healed by magic.)
Attack 3: 29 Damage: 10 psychic damage. (This damage cannot be healed by magic.)
If an attack hits, it deals an extra 4 psychic damage, 43 force damage, and must do a DC 20 CHA save. If it is a fail, he gains incapacitated and invisible until the end of my next turn, and takes 45 psychic damage. Also, if one of the attacks hit, it adds another 4 necrotic damage to the pool of damage he takes at the start of his turn (This damage cannot be healed by magic), and he also makes a DC 15 CON save at the start of his turn, after the damage. If it's a success, it clears the damage pool.
"I mean, I can just walk away. Or worse, come back sometime you aren't there to stop me. What'll happen then?"
"Well, I can always follow you if you walk away. Or punch you. I'm quite good at punching."
"I like the second idea better. Well, not punching me per se, but like, you can destroy my mech and I'll be on my way. If you have a jail or something I'll happily wind up in there before I make my daring escape. I'm rather experienced at this whole hero/villain thing, and I could give you a few pointers if you'd like. You seem to have your heart in the right place, and I love that."

“My lord, I never meant to leave you. I was seeking out the village, looking for potential allies.”
“Save it.” It snaps, sighing. “I thought you had finally seen my will.”
“I have, my lord, I promise! But please… we have greater problems to worry about… Someone tried to kill me.”
“Deal with them.” It growls.
“I can’t, my lord! She almost killed me! It was only thanks to you that I managed to escape… we need to rally the troops.”
“Tell me one reason why I shouldn’t let her destroy your sorry soul. You betray me every chance you get.”
“B-The village. The village she’s in is full of mythicals. From all over the world. If they join together, they may be able to defeat us.”
“Fine. I will send my spies to the village to evaluate the threat. You will go with them, to defeat the one who attacked you.”
“Y-yes sir. Thank you sir. I will not fail you.”

Her raven-black hair is ringed by a pair of curling horns, her eyes are a solid silver color, and her skin has a slight lavender hue.

"Well, I can always follow you if you walk away. Or punch you. I'm quite good at punching."
"I-I'm sorry. But I don't accept myself. I need blood to live and I hate that... Which demon?"

She will once again strike three times. If one of the attacks misses, it instead hits.
Attack 1: 18 Damage: 12 psychic damage. (This damage cannot be healed by magic.)
He's not even speaking through the loudspeaker anymore, he's just lowered himself enough so that his voice can be clearly heard.

Imma just go legendary resistance. He grabs a large rod out of his pocket, and cracks it open, chanting words and making movements. He then completely disappears. Just vanishes. You realize that he has returned to the Vampire Plane.

"Oh, I've had quite the experience, but this doesn't really seem like the place to use it. Although..." (IS there enough space next to him for someone to fit if they teleport there? And how far away is he? Less than 30 feet?)
"Oh no you don't Raski! I was told to fight you, and You will not leave my presence!" (If his name isn't Raski, then this fails and Imma be sad)
A portal appears besides him, sending him back to the material plane, and the portal closes behind him.
(The mech is actually a two-seater, so there should be plenty of room to be comfortable, although the doctor will have to crane his neck around to see behind him to continue the conversation. Additionally, it is only about 12 feet up.)
"Hey! I'm a pretty big deal where I come from. I mean, I threaten the local skate park every other week! There aren't many bad guys who have the time and money to do that kind of thing!"

"Mmm. Alright. Sure."
He teleports behind the doctor.
"And, why shouldn't I just punch you into oblivion right now?"
*His name is Raski (not his full name though), however for plot purposes, I would prefer Raski not to be killed. I'll let you decide, but can he escape? I'm cooking up a cutscene rn with him in it.*

*Oh, yeah, he can escape. The Vampire Plane is ruled over by the Vampire King, right? IF so, then he can just will the spell not to work.*

*Ya welcome!*
He grins. "Because this entire machine is warded to keep anything from teleporting out, and is made of cold iron and slop mined from the Pink Mountains, neither of which are very kind to forest creatures. I'm the only one who can let you out, so you best get comfortable. There should be a soda machine and a mini ordering kiosk back there. Get whatever you like, it's gonna be a while." The mecha begins to walk once more. "Oh, and go ahead and threaten me as much as you like while you're here. We might as well work on your bantering skills while my Greasebots bring me legal documents."

Cutscene:
“The rascal returns. I thought you’d left me forever.” A smooth voice purrs, and two bright red eyes stare out of the shadows directly at him. He kneels before the throne, which is surrounded by human skulls.

"Or, how about you let me out, and I don't pummel you to death with my bare fists?"
*OH NANNER... I HAVE SOME LORE TO PM YOU!*
"Hm. Might have worked against a different villain, but as I said, I am the only one who can let you out. While I don't doubt you can kill me, I do doubt that it will get you anywhere better than external damnation to eating sauce-less, topping-less slop burgers and drinking unflavored soda water in a nearly inescapable 10-ft sphere. Besides, I'm only gonna be here for a few hours at best. Then we'll both go our merry ways, the only changes being better textbooks and easy access to cheap food in every town within the Black Forest. While we wait, wanna hear how I came up with this trap? It's really very clever."
