 Hornet takes a quick slash at her bracelet.

 *yep! I mean, you’ll open it if you roll anything but a one, but ya might hurt your wrist.*

 *it’s guaranteed at or above 25. Can I attempt to remove duan’s too?*

 *yep!*

 Hornet takes off both her and duan's bracelets with a clean swipe, and then looks for more valuable magical items.

 

 In every other room, there is a statue of an angel holding a real gemstone, the colors varying.

 Hornet snatches each one.

 They sting as you touch them. Some are burning hot, some are freezing cold, some just hurt. But they seem powerful.

 Hornet signs to duan: “These hurt, must be good.”

 "Let me see." Duan says, grabbing a purple one. He yells and drops it. "Shocked me."

 *does hornet see anything else valuable?*

 *There are crates full of valuables, mostly currency, and a few +1 magic items. They seem to get more valuable the further you go, but you suddenly hear an alarm blaring and the sound of footsteps.*

 *stealth check to hide.*

"Comb the rooms!" Someone orders. "Put up wanted posters for that slimy bard! Identify the other thief!"

 *Yep! Tbh I just added that rule for characters people actually cared about. These guys are sorta NPCs.*

The guards start to panic, and one yells, "Over here!"

Hornet once again attempts to stab a guard. *does a 25 hit? Also do I crit since it’s over 20?*

The boy (officially named Ina, or Inauratus) is in a crowded area, people watching from the corner of the room. His wings are wrapped around him to make himself appear smaller.

 The guard immediately falls to the ground. *68 damage, I rolled a 28 to hit and since he was surprised its an auto crit.*
