Okay, let me explain
Let's say, a bunch of creatures of relative CR are individually attacking a tarrasque, and let's compare the DPR of everybody
Zariel (CR 26) has a DPR of 195 damage per turn, assuming that she hits all of her attacks. which is unlikely, considering she has a +16 hit, because that is a miss on 8 or lower, and with three attacks, pretty likely, which puts it at 130, and that is even if she can get into melee range
Orcus (CR 26) has a DPR of 111, assuming all attacks hit, which is slightly more likely than Zariel because Orcus has a +19 to hit
Demogorgon (CR 26) has a DPR of 56, with a +17 to hit. Now, this seems really low, because his most powerful ability doesn't deal damage, and this damage also reduces your HP max
Colossus (CR 25) has a DPR of 96, with a +18 to hit, which makes us pretty likely to hit
Solar (CR 21) has a DPR of 118, with a +15 to hit on the actual attack, which deals 58 damage. The other one is a Dex saving throw that we probably fail, and if you had below 100 HP when you fail, you die, no saving throw, you just die.
Lich (CR 21) has a DPR of 129, with a +12 to hit, likely missing one attack, and that is assuming that we hit the paralyzation effect from the first attack
Elemental Cataclysm (CR 22) has a DPR of 50, but it's also meant to be attacking something like an army, so most of its attacks deal lots of damage in big areas
Yeenoghu (CR 24) has a DPR of 118, assuming that they fail their saving throw against paralysis, and that all attacks hit with a +16
Molydeus (CR 21) has a DPR of 66, but two special effects with two of it's attacks, with a +16 on all of them
Leviathan (CR 20) has a DPR of 63, but also has a special Tidal Wave ability. Attacks have a +14 to hit
Zaratan (CR 22) has a DPR of 54, assuming all attacks hit with a +17 to hit
Zuggtmoy (CR 23) has a DPR of 72 with a +13, but also has a mind control ability
And, your DPR is 225 on a recharge; lots of the abilities I just mentioned were also on a recharge, and even if it's no damage on a success, still broken, as FIVE saving throws increase the odds of a failure, and a range of NINE HUNDRED FEET at CR 26, that is closer to CR 30
If this entire post still doesn't convince you, then I don't know what will

Well against multiple creatures (which is normal for this creature), it certainly was. The term “balanced” is basically relative at this point.

Fine, if you notice that the attaccks for each creature I mentioned earlier, most of relative same CR, each attack only dealt 55 damage at the highest, you have 45 but FIVE of them.
