Warning: This post is sorta blunt, and I'm not trying to insult you, just trying to tell you things.
Okay, first, we are not anywhere close enough to a high enough level to be multiclassing with it being any sort of effective something.
And, a mistake when minmaxing that is really easy to make. Don't focus on everything. No reason to pump anything up unless you're going to pump it ridiculously high. Like with my Paladin build, I went high AC because Paladins already have good offence and saving throws.
