After getting 1 kill, you level up. This increases every other level. Here’s the chart:
1-2: 1 kill
2-3: 1 kill
3-4: 2 kills
4-5: 2 kills
5-6: 3 kills
6-7: 3 kills
7-8: 4 kills
8-9: 4 kills
9-10: 5 kills
10-11: 5 kills
11-12: 6 kills
12-13: 6 kills
13-14: 7 kills
14-15: 7 kills
15-16: 8 kills
16-17: 8 kills
17-18: 9 kills
18-19: 9 kills
19-20: 10 kills.

I'm confused, that's what I saw so I wasn't entirely sure about it.
For magic items, do potions go away once you have used them or do you get to every fight?
For items that recharge at dawn/weekly, how are we making this work?
they regenerate after the conclusion of the fight (potions included) and if you drop below the level where you can have magic item of that type (say 4 to 3) you loose one magic item of that rarity

Actually, all potions but healing only recharge after level up. Healing recharges after every fight.
