Of course :P, Hopefully you don't have as many this time or it will be another draw. Your turn.
You can still hit me. Not that it really matters.
I attack you with my longbow.
Attack: 10 Damage: 9
Aegis continues to soar upwards, now at a height of 200 ft. He fires two shots, if either hit take 2 and make a CON saving throw.
Attack: 12 Damage: 5
Attack: 26 Damage: 8
I refuse to fight if I'm going to get fly cheesed.
*To be fair, not only were you the one that initiated the fight you were also the one to attempt to cheese me first! If it weren't for my one ability, it would've been an instakill. If YOU don't want to be cheesed don't use a broken ability yourself! I understand that it is an important part of your build, but this is an important part of my build! I figured out how to win and I took the opportunity, entirely within the rules. Additonally, If you had already cheesed me by suffocating do you think it would be fair for me to say: "I actually refuse to be cheesed by magic that I can't avoid, therefore this kill is void and doesn't count"? Also, you said yourself that I was one of the few people to avoid your build, finding a counter. There is several counters I can think of, especially with a wizard.
The difference between fly cheesing and what I'm doing. Is that mine requires a large amount of planning to even think about. Unlike fly speeds. Which you can just add.
*Not really? Just a Divination Wizard and Polymorph? Frankly, the 'complexity' of a build doesn't allow certain strategies over another. Sometimes a simple strategy is better than another. At any time you could've added a flying speed with a variety of magic items, but you chose a different build, not accounting for strategies that other's posses. Also, even if you still didn't want to battle characters that can fly you shouldn't have challenged me, you know that I can. The only reason I have came down is that the opposing character doesn't usually try to cheese mine, so I Choose to come down to battle outright. This is the second time you have ended a fight after I have gained the advantage, the first time I let it go as I hate causing conflict over a game, now it's getting a little ridiculous. If you really want to end the fight we just won't fight anymore, which would suck but if that's whats what must be done we will.
Anyway, I don't want to sound rude, and DO NOT want to start conflict, this is just my opinion on the matter, you can think otherwise, but try to maintain respect for others.*
Earthbind.
I am riding a broom of flying, and do not have flying speed to reduce to zero. The (Earthbind) spell specifically targets a character, not an item.
Targeting: If you cast \(Earthbind\) on a character riding a broom, it will reduce the character's personal flying speed to zero. However, because they are moving using the broom's speed (not their own), they will still fly.

*Also I usually try not to, but if someone is cheesing me or has an insane build I obviously will*
*yeah, i mean obvi, i wonder if that would work on tahua*
