A young man, wearing Ravenclaw garb, is walking down the halls. He looks to be about 5th year, with raven-black hair, violet eyes, and fair skin. He wears a pair of glasses, and has a kitten curled up on one shoulder. He’s holding a book in one hand and reading it as he walks.

 A nearby Ravenclaw says "Accio shoes!" and his shoes get attracted to his wand, however, this cause him to rotate, moving his wand as well.

He is spinning for a solid 15 seconds before the spell wears off and he is flung into the student with the kitten

“Eek!” The student quickly vanishes the kitten and steps aside. “You alright?” He speaks with a melodic Irish brogue.

 "Oh, I'm sorry! But this was nothing, you should be worried for yourself! One time I stood on a wooden plank and cast Accio wooden plank and-" He is flung into the ceiling with the wood plank acting like an elevator

“Finite Incantem!” You drop to the floor. “Be careful what you wish for. You can very easily accidentally cast spells. I should be fine, but be careful! Oh god. Peeves is coming!”

Peeves floats down the hallways. He throws a water balloon at both of us.

”Duck!”

Dex save: 26.

The boy looks at you. “So… that happened. I’m Felix, by the way.”
