For the military, I think probably Sid. Finch is very Chaotic Good. For the manipulative one, probably Finch. Finch is also fairly good at singing, just can’t play any instruments.

oh I meant military as in combat, Kevalin definitely isn’t with any military factions, just acts like he’s in the military. Cass is definitely the evil one out of the two.

Well, combat is still gonna be Sid. Finch can’t fight with normal weapons, unless it’s a ukulele or their natural light powers. (Edit: They can, just very badly.)
