So, the goal of this thread is to find the best build possible for one question.
Rules:
One prep round.
No magical items above Very Rare.
Level Twenty only.
Nothing using luck (As in the Wild Magic Table)
No Powergaming (trying to find ways around the rules of the thread.)
2024 Rules only.
First Question: How many attacks can you make in one turn?

Example Build:
Six Levels in Valor Bard. Two levels in Fighter. Two levels in Sorcerer. One Level in Warlock
Feat(s): Warcaster
Prep Round: Haste, Action. Potion of Speed as a bonus action.
Then on the creatures turn. They move away. And I target them with an opportunity attack from Warcaster. And cast Eldritch Blast. +4 attacks
Action: Attack Action. +5 attacks
Bonus Action: Quickened Eldritch Blast +4 attacks
Action Surge: Attack Action. +5 attacks
Haste (From Haste): Attack Action. Replace the attack with Eldritch Blast. +4 attacks
Haste (From Potion of Speed): Attack Action. Replace the attack with Eldritch Blast. +4 attacks
4 + 5 + 4 + 5 + 4 + 4 = 26 attacks. if anybody wants to use the other nine levels for anything. G4o for it.

easy. potion of speed, at least 6 valor bard, 11 fighter, 2 monk, and one warlock. cast haste and drink the potion of speed before hand. take the attack action both times, action surge and take it again. each time replace one attack with eldritch blast. dual wield scimtars that you have mastery with. overall you get
4 eldritch blasts: 16 attacks,
1 nick attack,
2 flurry of blows.
and 4 regular attacks.
overall, 23 attacks. let me know if there are any other magic items you can use to get better.

6 eldritch blasts(wow): 24
1 nick
and 4 regular attacks.
that is a whopping 29 attacks.
