Quirk: tricks. he pulls out items of which he can minipulate, often being cards or other things often used by proformers, jesters(fools) or other random object, often with the goal of making a fool of their enemy before defeating them
Hero name: The Jester
Description: a tall figure, roughly 7ft. he wears a white, perfectly ovular mask, with seemingly painted on crescent eyes and a crescent, sharp toothed grin. he appears to be wearing a latex suit of some kind, patterned gold and black (though nobody can agree on what pattern it is) he has a large, two pronged jester hat, the ends nearly touching the floor, as well as black and gold gloves, and his suit has coattails of some kind
