Homebrew can still have a sourcebook 🙂↕️ a ton of people I know have made sourcebooks for their worlds that are still homebrew.

Just because it has a source book doesn't mean it isn't homebrew. 3rd party content at its core is homebrew just published and available to the public via purchase
