Aig amannan bidh mi air mo ghlacadh ro mhòr an-dràsta...one of my favorite games ever is Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition. its battle system is a little hit and miss, and not super engaging, but the world is stunning, the music is the best in any game ive ever seen, and the plotline is crazy awesome. there's over ten hours of cutscenes in each game. also, since Nintendo of America was too lazy to dub it, Nintendo of Europe did it instead, so all of the characters have amazing british accents. Shulk is the main character. he's in smash bros. there's also Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and 3, and Xenoblade Chronicles X. i havent played 2 or 3, but the lore is also crazy cool and confusing. X isnt connected to any of the other games cuz they wanted a more sci-fi style and decided to retcon literally ALL of the lore of the series except for one monster species which is random. X is still good tho cuz GIANT ROBOT MECH and they have Robbie Daymond as one of the male voice actors for the main character. there are side modes in XCDE XC2 and XC3 that are basically epilogues or prologues to the games. XCDE is for the Switch as is XCXDE and 2 and 3, although there are Switch 2 versions of XE 1, 2, 3 that have extra stuff like a motorcycle or smth and racing modes and stuff. also a Switch 2 version of X. the original version of Xenoblade Chronicles was on the Wii and then on the 3DS and X was on the Wii U.
(you should get XCDE. its $60 on switch)
