LOTRO (Lord of the Rings Online). It's Free to play, you earn in-game currency that allows you to buy expansions, cosmetics and other stuff. Plus, it remains accurate to Tolkien's works, and you get to partake in events that are featured in the novels, like Battle of the Hornburg, Pellenor Fields, and the Black Gate.
Used to play SWTOR and Runescape, but I honestly don't find them as fun as LOTRO.

It's basically like if someone made Lord of the Rings into a computer game. You can pick a player like a dwarf champion or an elf runemaster, then you can play then all the way from the Shire to Mordor. I believe there is 160 so levels at this point.
