Specialties! There's a list of them in the opening posts, and you get two. Once you've chosen specialities, you can either start creating, or you can start roleplaying. You won't be able to make anything big just yet, but there's a list of things you can create under creation points, or I can just tell you how much making something will cost. But roleplaying is good if you'd like to save up/make alliances, as alliances can get you more creation points and also allies.

Fear. It is something intrinsic to all intelligent life, quite possibly the oldest "emotion" in the world. A little is healthy, it keeps you alive. A lot, is much less so. It can wind up ruling you, your every action dictated by sheer terror. And what is too much fear? This is something that is heavily debatable. However, I'd say too much is when enough exists to invite something... unpleasant into the world.
Somewhere in this barren world, pure terror is gathering into an invisible miasma of emotion. Right now, it is just an ordinary part of the metaphysical, but in a moment... there. Too much.
The physical world darkens as the terror bleeds out of the metaphysical realm. And with this bleeding fear, comes something else. Puddles of eye-covered slime drip onto the ground, slowly forming into humanoid shapes. Riftwalkers, creatures made by a terrible force. Behind them, a long, wiggly arm stretches from the shadow. It looks like it was patchwork sewn from black and blue cloth, and on the top, is an almost comically cartoonish hand. Then comes another of these "arms". Then another. Then another, and finally, something pulls itself from the darkness itself. A creature cloaked in ashen shadow, always shifting, the only defined part of it the many impossibly long, quilted arms that stretch from under its cloak and a singular, pitch-black eye, like a rip in the very fabric of reality.
If a creature were to look at this... thing, it would see its worst fear given form. And possibly, be consumed by it, just another pathetic animal driven mad by terror.

And to clarify, yes I'm aware Conviction gods don't have physical forms. The creature I described is the Avatar of Ari'shal'
(Just in case it wasn't clear, Ari'shal's domains are Madness and Fear, maybe with a tiny tiny tiny bit in Storytelling but Idk)
