MTF is a term for male to female, meaning someone assigned male at birth who transitioned to female 

Goose said MTF Units so I thought it’d be funny to say that they couldn’t get Tana because I kinda identify Tana with being transfem even though she uses any/all pronouns (I believe, Tana lmk if I’m wrong)
