I didn't feel it was appropriate to plop a just-for-funzies thread into the Homebrew forum.
My intents for this thread are the following.
Homebrew a crazy feat.
What's a crazy homebrewed feat you've encountered?
What crazy things did you or someone you know do with a RAW feat?
Heckler feat: 3 times between long rests, you can accost any character that has levels in the Bard class, using jibes and slights to give them disadvantage on all CHArisma checks and saves for 1d4+1 rounds during combat or 3d20 minutes out of combat, replacing any advantage instead of countering the advantage. The accosted character will lose the disadvantage when entering or exiting combat. A WISdom save against the accoster's CHArisma score will reduce the time by half. Once a character is accosted, the character is immune to the feat for 72 hours from any source.
(I misread someone asking about the Healer feat and my brain wouldn't let go of the idea.)
Human. Male. Possibly. Don't be a divider. My characters' backgrounds are written like instruction manuals rather than stories. My opinion and preferences don't mean you're wrong. I am 99.7603% convinced that the digital dice are messing with me. I roll high when nobody's looking and low when anyone else can see.🎲 “It's a bit early to be thinking about an epitaph. No?” will be my epitaph.
