i will be playing a forge domain cleric / clockwork soul sorcerer warforged 

I need a shadowy pastry organization-- like the pastry equivalent of the Zhentarim.

You see a man, is it a man? Covered in rags he ambles around calling out, "Spare change? Just a little bit? Please, I only have one more bagel for the week!" He holds out his bagel, "See!"

I will play a tiefling rogue (19 level). She is an incarnation of the Great God and acts upon its will.

You see a shadow snatch someone's purse and dart away, disappearing into darkness. Then a tiefling walks up to the man, and gives him two bagels (what was in the pouch).

"Thank you!" The Peasant inhales the bagel. You see the Peasant rejuvenated. His skin, no longer deathly pale. He coughs.

You see the peasants arms, bulge and break the rags revealing a very muscular body and many weapons strapped across his body. You see his armor, a glinting chain mail with glowing lines across it.

Question: Do we start with any extra equipment, gold, or magic items?

my character gear seeing the shadowy hand says ¨halt thief¨ as glowing translucent  chains wrap the hand

My character moves her hand through the chains and disappears. (She returns to give the bagels to the Peasant.)

My character has a bunch of magic weapons. Is that OK?

Can I have a Greatsword +1, +2, or +3?

depends on your level but most characters i suppose can get a plus 2 or 1 

The Peasant is level 19 so...

than yah +3 is fine and maybe some stronger stuff too
