Zag, wielding his dagger and flaming rapier, strikes at his Defender, who retaliates with bursts energy from they’re mandibles. Zag looks worse for wear, but even with Raindrops help, Zag strikes with his dagger, and the metal spider collapses. Zag grins and laughs, sheathing his weapons, but pats Pistonheart on the head. “You put up a good fight, buddy. Does anyone know mending? If he runs on magic, can my goodberry heal him too?”

the traveler winks at zag and webspinner gets back up wobbily  and strikes you down 

“Seriously?” Zag sighs and steps back Webspinner stops fighting.

*the traveler used magic to animate it again*

as you look closer you see that a wind is pushing along the gears spurring it to action every few seconds 

“Nice. How do you do that? Thanks for healing him.”

the traveler says "the fact theirs an air elemental right next to you" as she says that you feel a strong breeze a and hear someone whistling right next to you 

“Yup, I know (Arcana plus Perception). How does the wind heal though? That could be useful to learn.” Wind swirls around his hand.

the air elemental says in common "oh ive been practicing my healing magic for a few years i have found it to be a very useful talent"

“Cool! It works on constructs?” Zag looks fascinating and a tad mischievous. Or maybe that’s just his normal expression. No one can quite tell.

the air elemental starts flying around the room at high speeds and asks if their is any musical instruments 

Zag tosses his lyre in the air and catches it. “Yup. Chris has some too.”

the elemental says "yay musical instruments" and starts flying in circles slowly moving towards chris everyone else perceives this event as if a mini tornado is sweeping throughout the tavern and speaking 

Zag glares at him. “And the healing...?”

the air elemental pauses for a few seconds and says "well i cant quite remember why my wind heals all i remember right now is that it got better at healing when we went to the plane of positive energy for like a day give me a few minutes i might remember then" she then goes back to spinning this time a bit slower

“...huh.”

Zag orders more elemental cookies and rests after his duel.

the air elemental decides to settle down for a moment and flies right back to the traveler 

the traveler starts training her combat abilities with illusions again 

veriz is still mediating 

veriz awakens from her meditation and says "how long have i been meditating and nice to see you ms.traveler" she says in a clearly vile voice

*yes vile as in evil in this case their voice has the taste and flow of sour putting*
