howdy just in case some people are interested. I have been coding/building Gohono.com for the last couple of months (Python/Django/jQuery and AWS for those interested).
Gohono.com is an Offline Social Groups Platform for D&D (and Warhammer at a later point)
I started playing and organizing D&D meetups in New Zealand (I now live in Spain, but I am Irish originally....covid) - meetup.com is good but to bring people together before meetups I used Slack and Whatsapp to get people to chat ahread of time -- so Gohono is a combination of the two platforms.
It's early days as of October 2022. There's about 300 D&D joiners (for lack of a better word). I am advertising on Reddit and Youtube, mainly targeting USA but I'm happy to change that if people join from other countries.
If you are interested in joining (it's free obviously) I have included some screenshots below.
My plan is to update this thread every few weeks with progress...
