Super Power... With a Flaw

I can turn my body into metal.

But then can't move

My bones can't break 

Because they’re made of titanium, which, as it turns out, is extremely heavy.

If I breathe water, while underwater, it turns into air before it reaches my uvula.

If you somehow had the ability to breathe water, than it would turn to air. However, you can't breathe water, so it doesn't.

I have wings that I can fly with

But they’re remote-controlled, and you don't have the remote

I can breathe water

...But not air.

I have a completed Infinity Gauntlet.

Yeah, the gauntlet is complete, but the stones aren't 

I can breathe anything I want, when I want

You can breathe anything you want when you want to, but you can't extract oxygen from it.

I have the stones for my Infinity Gauntlet.

That's not really a ”Superpower”...

Yeah, but they're just regular stones, they're not even painted, but they do fit

If I'm thinking about a specific person dying while I say their name, or username on any kind of forums, while I snap, that person dies of a sudden heart attack

But 50 years later.

I can turn create things out of thin air.

Exclusively thin air, which turns out to be very scarce

I can go into the universe of whatever show I want, wherever I want, and I can go back to this universe, also wherever I want

You can go to the universe you want, but you can't pick the planet. You might end up floating in space even.

I can tell if food/drink is poisoned just by looking at it

but using your powers leaves you temporarily blinded for a month.

I can instantly adapt my body to survive in any environment.

as in, in a forest you turn into a tree, in the snow you'll turn into a snowman, etc.

Everybody near me is hydrated always.

You are always dehydrated

My body can synthesise all nutrients needed for survival from water and air alone 

Unfortunately the amount of air and water needed to synthesize enough nutrients is considerably more than what is naturally present in the atmosphere. In order to successfully nourish yourself, you are forced to carry pressurized air tanks and vats of water.

I have the ability to control earth; sand, stone, rock, lava, dirt, or other minerals.

But only all at the same time, as in you control every single rock in the world at the same time, AND every single grain of sand in the world at the same time, Etc.

I never get sick in any way shape or form, unless I allow it to happen by thinking to myself I want to, while I snap, then I can get sick normally until I snap again

But when you use this power the person you’re looking at gets super embarrassed and starts disliking you in response

I can extend a day to whatever length I want by bending reality slightly to accommodate my needs, everyone else just thinks the days have always been that long, the calendars shift, etc. The next day its all back to normal
