Dex save for Kay: 24 He again attempts a dodge darting to the side as your attack comes at him.
He howls as your attacks rain down, some hitting, some not. Those that do hit heal almost immediately, at least they appear to. When he fixes you with his eyes, it is clear that your blows have drained some of his earlier vigor.
Panting, he says, "Perhaps I underestimated you. No matter..." A blue glow encircles him, collecting above his head as he speaks, "Lets even the odds then." The blue glow becomes a orb of glowing blue water, and he throws it down centered on Angelino. The orb freezes and shatters on impact, some of it spreading across the ground in crystalline structures creeping up your legs if you do not avoid it. Shards fly everywhere as well, creating arrowheads aimed at each of you. Everybody (except maybe George if you are still at the doors) make a Dex save, DC 18. And take half damage on a save: cold damage: 39 plus necrotic damage: 39
Kay dies.
She's been on 5 hp since the last room lol

Lol I wasn't sure if we were doing that or not. Some people do and some don't. lol I just thought it was funny.
Kay wakes up to see Angelino over her. Slightly confused, and not fealing much better than she did before he healed, her she yells. "Ahhh! Get your hands off me!"
Lol how's Angelino looking after that? It was centered on him after all....

George moves in closer to the rest of the group and casts tiny hut such that it encloses as many of his companions as possible. If he can't get everyone in, his last priority is... I guess Thoruk, since he's probably the most durable. The light inside the dome is dim.

Ope... thought it was an action. Oops.
In that case, we have two options: either he casts fireball instead, or we ignore the 1-minute casting time.
If we go with fireball, that's a DC 15 Dex save for 30 fire.

So if I pass, then Thoruk takes 19 damage, and if I fail he takes 39.
If I fail, then Thoruk is going to be looking very angry, but also very wounded!
When it gets around to Thoruk's turn, he'll bellow lke a wounded bull and, you guessed it, attacks twice!
Attack: 26 Damage: 22
Attack: 17 Damage: 25
magical slashing, hopefully the dice roller works this time!

Still looking for blood from the ghost-pirate, but now more for vengeance than for opening the door.

Actually, on a fail you take 78 damage cold+necrotic, and on a save you take 39. Sorry if that was confusing. I somehow managed to roll two 39s consecutively. It looks like most of you saved though... Angelino did you save?
(I'm going to give Thara an exit since her player doesn't want to continue...) Thara freezes completely, then a light ignites within her chest. It grows, shining brighter and brighter until it shatters the ice statue that was once her body, shooting upwards until it disappears into the roof of the cavern.
Dex save for George, 14 EDIT: well he didn't dodge that.
He also manages to dodge both of Thoruk's attacks... "You'll get no blood from me fool. I've long since bled out, only the waters of hatred course through me now, and they are starting to grow colder." The pirate laughs, though it seems rather forced this time. Steam is rising up from and around him from George's fireball.
I believe he said he’s a bear totem barbarian, which would explain the halved damage.

Wait I needed to save? Didn’t catch that. Doesn’t matter anyway. Save or fail Angelino dies. “Bleh! I’m dead now!” Then he dies. Well, he falls unconscious.
If that's the case then both Angelino and Kay died since he would have been hit before healing her lol.
I'm just gonna say Kay died and roll with it...
After Kay's body was torn to shreds from the shards of ice, what remains of it shatters into shards of light which almost disperse before coming back together reforming her body. After this happens she is no longer covered in burns and her cloths and weapons are now intact. After this happens she pats herself realizing that her weapons are back, "So that's what dying feels like... Huh, rather underwhelming if you ask me. Death was a no show. Oh well, maybe next time he'll talk to me. I suppose it was worth it." She hops back and forth on her feet, "I'm feeling much better now, and I've got my gear back." She yells at the pirate, "Ha! Did you think killing me would keep me from ending you! You thought wrong!" She proceeds to blast him with her breath weapon again.

Yep, Thoruk's a bear barbarian. I sometimes think he's simply too stupid to notice he's hurt!
Thoruk will flail at the pirate again, getting angrier about it all the time!

more magical slashing!
He'll pause after this with a look of sudden epiphany at the pirate's words:
"Guys! He says his blood is water! We need to splash the water on the door!"
