d6 Challenge (for a 30!!) Started May, 2026 on Page #1031, with post #20777
Roll 5d6 = 2 + 2 + 5 + 3 + 2 = 14
I've been doing this for a few years, mostly out of habit, and I think I only won a challenge once. For a while I was keeping careful statistics, and it showed that now that we are in more than 3 dice per roll, our chances for hitting the target are less than they should be. I can't tell you why, but there is something in the RNG that makes it less likely your going to get the high number.

Gotcha, I have also noticed the suspicious lack of perfect rolls. I would say that it's safe to assume that the odd aren't random.

Why thank you, I'm going on thirty pages of unsuccessful rolls!
I think it's high time we both get a spot among the lofty high rollers :)
