Ha. I once read some papers on how "hardware" driven random number generation is always pattern based, if not because of flaws in the algorithm, then due to quantum phenomenon. So the only true randomness comes from outside of the computer, where there are services scanning radioactive decay in a sample or even sources from radio telescopes quantifying cosmic background radiation, just to get "true random" seeds. I'm sure that the DNDBeyond dice roller is fatally flawed someplace else and that this game is at the mercy of the code.
