You have just been given the lordship over a small village. Your job is to build this city and its economy/ army as high as you can. This will be a complex job where you have to manage buisnesses, depressions and more. But the king trusts you to handle it. each of you will be given a certain amount of resources your village has access to and that will increase in size the more land you have.

 You live in a rocky mountain, theres not much soil, and what is there is very bare and unfertile, Your town survives off of livestock and trade and you have very little wood to use your metals in the forge for.

 A mideaval forge cant reach that hot, You wont be able to forge it.

Key resource: (do I have to have specifically one or can it be more?) probably peat or fish.

What you plan your city to be: A town in the swamp, fish/peat abound, relatively secluded, but still a part of society.

Form of government: A monarchy but with certain rules and checks set up that the king cannot abolish, such as when the king becomes tyrranical, the army is not obligated to fight for him, etc.

what does the land around you look like: wet obv, tall trees, little paths and routes with signs showing the way, along with marks in the trees. probably some alligators and a FEW other dangerous creatures live there. good amount of ruins, and also some crypts where bog iron can be found, though it is a rarely used form of trade, since peat and fish is so much easier.

Just work on making your kingdom stronger and making diplomatic relations with other kingdoms.

 There is no map so you can be wherever you wany, the south, the west, the north so on and so forth.

What I plan it to be: A huge fortress in the mountains, Dominated by Krell's huge castle.

Form of government: Krell has absolute rule. No government to speak of, Lord Krell has a network of spies and advisers to help him with matters but he does almost everything himself.
