Also, what are the rules on the wish spell. I feel it is too powerful, could we prohibit it .

Go RAW... If you read the actual spell... if something isn't RAW the DM can impose it not working exactly the way it's wanted or malfunctions... as noted in PHB

 Let's just say that you can only use wish to cast spells lower than 9th level.

What happened!? I left for a few days because I was sick (as in puking not COVID-19) and all of a sudden a new major cult war started, all the cults that were previously fighting have aligned, and everyone is blowing up everyone else

I withdraw from the battle because it's way too unfair for a warlord to go up against Tiamat alone I will wait till the cults have reached an agreement on defeating the cult of the dragon.
