THE DRAGON MECHA
A2 = Prayers to Tiamat! (hmm. my free prayer should come up now, i think.) "...I see. Well, do you have a version for mortals? I mean, you do help with spells or something..."
A3 = Helicopter? Nah. I realize something. SETO KAIBA may be untargetable, but their helicopter is a different story. So, I turn some of the rocks the Mountainmodder is raining from Moral Blood Rocks into Rocks Type 2. Rocks Type 2 are simply rocks that have an advanced targeting enchantment which allows them to defy physics and plow straight into the nearest entity with ' Heli' in their name. And, they're covered in anti 'entity with ' Heli' in their name' acid (also known as Acid Type 2). Also also, they are made of Acid Type 2 (the advanced targetting prevents them from falling apart.) Also also also, they create Acid Type 2. Now, I also turn some rocks into Rocks Type 3. Rocks Type 3 go wherever I aim them (I gave them regenerating wings), and when I (specifically me, no one else can do it) broadcast a specific magic signature (Magic Signature Type 2), they explode. Now their explosion is special. It explodes into a bunch of Rocks Type 2. I then aim the Rocks Type 3 at the Helicopter, and broadcast Magic Signature Type 2 at the exact moment they are in range. Now for Rocks Type 4. Rocks Type 4 is strongly magnetic, but only to the Helicopter. Also, it doubles it's size (and magnetic pull strength) every inch it gets closer to the Helicopter. Also also, it cannot harm stuff that it's not magnetically attracted to. And finally, Rock Type 5, which is only one rock. It's just an EMP broadcaster (which regenerates faster than it can be attacked and bodyguards all the other rock types, including itself). All this just to cripple a helicopter. (and remove some harmful weather i guess)
ORDERS. I throw the good dice! STAND FIND ROLL! Oh, and I strike at the fortifications of Mycelium Municipality! But if that doesn't work, I pull some rain from the Mech Suit to the Stand RC! Letting Sneloiv snatch them up, of course. And as for the GNE, they write up an Administrative Order to FIND THOSE STANDS! ROLL THE GOOD DICE! Sneloiv's productive troops decide to spend some productivity conquering the Weather! Or more specifically, the Moral Blood Rock Rain! Sneloiv's conquest troops decide to slowly conquer the letters of 'fortified'! Their first barrier: a ')'! Now onto my singular ground entity, but what a strong one too! The Health Altar upgrades ecneserP ehT with Healthballing! And the Clerics heal ecneserP ehT! And a solitary Cleric (with at least 5.01 HP) bodyguards ecneserP ehT from Jiox Nyzin! But if Jiox Nyzin chooses not to strike, they'll join their teammates in channelling vitality through ecneserP ehT! Of course, this all happens after the Snow Vaccums suck up the snow, with some careful waiting. And if the Dragon Mecha has been summoned successfully, it will quickly fly around, and recycle those posters into COMpostors!

With my third action, I use basic physics to determine that the helicopter is unable to hold a mountain on top of it because the mountain is too heavy. This realization causes the helicopter to immediately crash unless it finds a way to remove the mountainmodder from itself.
Entities idle and take cover beneath the snow in order to not die to the rocks, except the bats. The bats are fine with dying, so they clear the snow from themselves.

I then vibrate, sending the rickroll through 「Looming Anathema」's body, and into SETO KAIBA's body. 「Looming Anathema」is not affected, being a stand, but SETO KAIBA... that's a different story. I then proceed to indent SETO KAIBA out of their Heli.

ORDERS Oh no! Sneloiv is clearly in trouble! Quick, initiate operation XV-6, which I just made up! I pull 「Bigger On The Inside」over to me! But I delay this pulling until I've flew over to Sneloiv's side of the map! If I can't delay the pull, I just pull the Amongi over to me and then fly over to Sneloiv! While picking up the GNE! And I use my actions to create more Good Dice! Meanwhile, the GNE hitches a ride, incase actions are needed, and at Sneloiv proceeds to organize a Stand Arrow Investigation! But if they can't hitch a ride at all, they just manipulate records, to make them the one who kidnapped NDBN, Unexpected Titania! And a court order is forced upon them to give up 「Bigger On The Inside」! Sneloiv quickly conquers the flameinite territory, seeing as only inite territory is fortified! And as for the Productive Troops, they work on healing the troops and making more Conquest Troops! The Stand RC examines the Stand Arrow Fragment! On the ground, the Health Altar consoles the Button Guy and pushes ePT's HealthBall, causing it to tip over and speed up. The many, many Clerics also push ePT's HealthBall, but because of some obstacles, they don't speed it up, but they do move it. The Dragon Mecha flies around painting more OG onto the posters. As for their Shaping, they cast Un-Astral Projection, to cause the Projection to have some more regen. The Projection paints up some OG with blood. the DEPSF says stuff. "Well, I'm a beginner too, but I hear the rules are very weird. Do you want to have a look at the game together?"
I cough out a perfectly wooden sword that I carefully sew together with the cancer cat skin. I pour grape juice and hot sauce all over the cancer cat sword, then I sprinkle it with edible glitter. And to add the final touch, I glue a tiny picture of Morgan Freeman on the handle of the sword.
Wait, the mountainmodder is lighter? That means I can use all 3 of my actions to push the mountainmodder off the helicopter!

A1: I learn the First NDBN excellency! Since primordial titan charmsets are pretty similar to undisabled Yozi charmsets, this means I can do better at actions that are thematic to NDBN in some ways. And 'some ways' is applicable to whatever attribute, ability, or combo thereof? Sure whatever it's a declare-use thing anyway rather than passive. Somebody should write that paragraph with the italics. Looking at MSPAradox, this makes him-and-thus-me good at being drugs, 'eat me to become me' assimilation-through-being-ingested, exaggeratedly countermeasures by developing excessive ways to not die even when he is already an existence that shouldn't die (such as not staying his Neverborn equivalent One Moment Cocaine Pile by redefining his death state to make him alive again), has similar natures of 'makes water show up, but is not themselves very watery or water-adapted without further investment', acquire or gravitate gun and then someone else uses the gun (possibly 'makes things other people are better at using' more generally?), understanding what lead people to doing something, uh....
I guess his vibes are similar to Autochthon, some readings of Hegra, some readings of Elloge, and Oramus? Impossibility-made-possibility, artistry, and being alive despite conditions of death or harvest. One who makes things and worlds more personally than grandly, but his self-improvement is generally proxied out or through special effects. He relies on applicability and workarounds rather than numerical superiority, which may limit his immediacy. There are some clashing or opposing-state themes where he is effective in the long term due to scaled accumulation but doesn't plan for sustaining or organizing it well, yet in the short term can faff about with oddly specific targets and nonstandard interactions. Momentary foolishness begets long-term wisdom? Favoring a light touch, armed proxy, or scenario realignment to deal with something, which can create abnormal issues being powerful up close quickly unless it's something wacky that people wouldn't try normally. Scenario realignment also comes with healing the world to heal a person, since other implementations of nedben focus on world repair with secondary abilities for individual treatment and vitality restoration. And of course, it sucks at clarity without the aid of something else interpreting it. To be consumed and yet still exist: one 'is drugs' in whole, even as their current body might be a replaceable instance of specific drugs depending on the use. Gee, nedbenning sure is hard to describe.
A2: By reflecting what I've learned and exploiting effects of Exalted knowledge on titan stability, NDBN learns the First NDBN Excellency and can therefore act directly! The bonus uses magic to make up for the lack of initial stuff and circumvent undefined/minimized/etc. attributes and abilities.

A1: I learn the First NDBN excellency! Since primordial titan charmsets are pretty similar to undisabled Yozi charmsets, this means I can do better at actions that are thematic to NDBN in some ways. And 'some ways' is applicable to whatever attribute, ability, or combo thereof? Sure whatever it's a declare-use thing anyway rather than passive. Somebody should write that paragraph with the italics. Looking at MSPAradox, this makes him-and-thus-me good at being drugs, 'eat me to become me' assimilation-through-being-ingested, exaggeratedly countermeasures by developing excessive ways to not die even when he is already an existence that shouldn't die (such as not staying his Neverborn equivalent One Moment Cocaine Pile by redefining his death state to make him alive again), has similar natures of 'makes water show up, but is not themselves very watery or water-adapted without further investment', acquire or gravitate gun and then someone else uses the gun (possibly 'makes things other people are better at using' more generally?), understanding what lead people to doing something, uh....
I guess his vibes are similar to Autochthon, some readings of Hegra, some readings of Elloge, and Oramus? Impossibility-made-possibility, artistry, and being alive despite conditions of death or harvest. One who makes things and worlds more personally than grandly, but his self-improvement is generally proxied out or through special effects. He relies on applicability and workarounds rather than numerical superiority, which may limit his immediacy. Gee, nedbenning sure is hard to describe.
