Even Waluigi could only do it at 20% damage rate, and only by synergizing an emoji, his player piece, and an improvement he gained while taking damage! Next up, Dogside will be leaving the Lobsters alone, meaning between them and the bees, no one but Dogside can now use the soapbox as a means of travel without risking Paradox Monopoly Health. At least not without establishing a third path. But neither would lead them past Go, so that's an acceptable hole in the defenses.
Now, for maximum cheesery, Dogside uses its Donut to do a donut! This allows Dogside to make a tight circle via drifting, and by doing so he passes Go and gains 200 dollars before ending back at the space he started at. Then, using all 10 of his movement, he passes Go again, collecting yet another 200 dollars, turns onto the dice, steps off of the 2nd dice onto Soapboardwalk directly, then makes their way back to the first die, collecting 200 dollars from passing Go for the third time int he same turn. For style points, they call out that they'll be earning an achievement for this, and for an extra STYLE GAMBIT that the name of the Achievement will be 'Go Go Go!'
Once the style gambit is resolved, they use their money to buy the die the bees are on, securing both the Bees and the die for their own usage.
But they are FAR from done. Waluigi's buyout of the other two dice has left it severely frustrated and furious, and the abrupt introduction of Yugioh and other card games into the mix has left it beyond pissed. Waluigi summoning his own hand for a Yugioh card summon?
Two can play at that game. Dogside howls at the Screaming-er head in deliberate challenge and begins its first move.
First off, Dogside uses his special ability as a heartless, which allows him to consume and collapse one Heart in order to summon a Heartless! It uses its Cupid Heart, enabling it to summon a Shadow Glob! This Pureblood Heartless will allow it to special summon one Pureblood Heartless per turn. It summons a Shadow Stalker in attack mode and uses one of its special abilities to possess the environment and enable it to attack nearby enemies! It possesses the second die, allowing it to attack Waluigi directly from the inventory!
Meanwhile, as this epic duel commences, the Elephant and Dogside duo. Stay. Absolutely. Still. Surely there's still an achievement or two for doing nothing, right?
The Jail Dogsides sniff out that LeviRocks has pellets! And instead of taking his money, they take his pellets! Aren't they so generous?
The Hole Dogside, meanwhile, moves onto the next room and continues to grab coins and boop tiles! Mostly because I forgot what was in the room he's currently in.

This doesn't affect your draws this round, since you didn't own them yet, but in the future, you can assume a convenient draw from these Chests as long as it shows up in actual monopoly, and raise your odds for non-monopoly cards of a given type by asking; likewise, when other players land on the Chests, you can influence their results to be better or worse! This allows Dogside to make a tight circle via drifting, and by doing so he passes Go and gains 200 dollars before ending back at the space he started at. Then, using all 10 of his movement, he passes Go again, collecting yet another 200 dollars, turns onto the dice, steps off of the 2nd dice onto Soapboardwalk directly, then makes their way back to the first die, collecting 200 dollars from passing Go for the third time int he same turn. For style points, they call out that they'll be earning an achievement for this, and for an extra STYLE GAMBIT that the name of the Achievement will be 'Go Go Go!'
Once the style gambit is resolved, they use their money to buy the die the bees are on, securing both the Bees and the die for their own usage.
But they are FAR from done. Waluigi's buyout of the other two dice has left it severely frustrated and furious, and the abrupt introduction of Yugioh and other card games into the mix has left it beyond pissed. Waluigi summoning his own hand for a Yugioh card summon?
Two can play at that game. Dogside howls at the Screaming-er head in deliberate challenge and begins its first move.
First off, Dogside uses his special ability as a heartless, which allows him to consume and collapse one Heart in order to summon a Heartless! It uses its Cupid Heart, enabling it to summon a Shadow Glob! This Pureblood Heartless will allow it to special summon one Pureblood Heartless per turn. It summons a Shadow Stalker in attack mode and uses one of its special abilities to possess the environment and enable it to attack nearby enemies! It possesses the second die, allowing it to attack Waluigi directly from the inventory!
Meanwhile, as this epic duel commences, the Elephant and Dogside duo. Stay. Absolutely. Still. Surely there's still an achievement or two for doing nothing, right?
The Jail Dogsides sniff out that LeviRocks has pellets! And instead of taking his money, they take his pellets! Aren't they so generous?
The Hole Dogside, meanwhile, moves onto the next room and continues to grab coins and boop tiles! Mostly because I forgot what was in the room he's currently in.
You successfully inform the public that you are not a human with an allergic reaction and intend to remain in office! Unfortunately, between the second die and the boardwalk is a thick, impenetrable, completely invisible, actually quite thin wall of "this is not the path implied"; while of course possible to pass through, it requires some kind of shenanigan stronger then "I go this way". Regardless, the Dogside still manages to land on Go three times via Donut and twice-loop- they just don't re-reach the first die. +600M! You then declaOH NO YOU DON'T! WALUIGI PASSED GO THREE TIMES LAST ROUND TOO! THAT'S WALUIGIS ACHIEVEMENT, NOT YOURS! ...Geeze, I was going to repeat that declaring achievements doesn't work, just like all the other times. Don't get all uppity. WEH. ...That said, there are a lot of achievements for people forgetting they can't declare achievements. Odd how often this happens. Achievement Unlocked! ">Deaf, Blind, and Anosmiac: Try to declare your own achievements despite that being completely impossible, after some four to five other people have failed.". Oh, and when Waluigi says what achievements he's gotten, he's not declaring them, it's just that he's seeing what they are as they come since his posts occur in metaphysical tandem with my responses; I'm still the source of those. Moving on! You fail to buy the bees dice because, well, you're not on it. Your next roll is 7+4+🏺. But moving on from there! You howl at the Screaming-er head. Unfortunately, it has long ago initiated screaming, and it cannot hear you over the perpetual WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA which escapes its maw. The Dogside then eats the Cupid Heart and summons a Shadow Glob! Unfortunately, the first bit of information about Shadow Stalkers is that they are a Boss-Level Heartless. That doesn't sound like a level 4 heartless to me! Instead, you get a Possessor Sphere (358/2 days edition! the image is from X though, since that one looked a bit cleaner.). Note- The limitations of the Shadow Glob weren't made to stop you in particular. Yugioh cards with the power to special summon monsters- or even monsters with a specific trait- from a category without heavy costs, are all quite hard to summon. Closest thing I know of to the Shadow Glob is Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon, which can special 1 dragon from your Hand or Graveyard every turn, and that monster requires you to Banish, not just tribute, another dragon to summon it from your Hand. the Shadow Glob you described would only see print if there were not and would never be any powerful Heartless cards to summon. Additionally, the one you got is actually a better version of the existing card, Summoner Monk.

Drawing Cards through means other then the above is a non-trivial task, and will for all but the best methods require significant material expenditure- unless using a card to draw cards, in which case the cards effects apply. When a player draws a card, they do not choose the card, but can suggest what they would like; their luck decides the results from there. Obtaining a specific card is harder to do with shenanigans then drawing an unknown card.

Since it is a vase, he points out that another possible word for vase is pot, and since it is in possession of Dogside it becomes darkness aligned and infected with greed!
This newly fashioned 'Pot of Greed' has a complicated effect. Namely, from Dogside's deck, he is able to draw two additional cards, after which the spell card - or in this case the entire legitimate pot - is sent to his graveyard.
However, due to how card drawing works, these two cards will not be used this turn. Dogside won't need to. First, Dogside shifts the Shadow Glob and Possessor into defense mode, and then has the Shadow Glob shift into attack mode again to special summon a Barrier Master! The Barrier Master is incredibly weak, having only 100 ATK and DEF points, but it has two special effects. One is that, while it is alive, other Heartless cannot be attacked. The other is that if it is attacked, the first attack is negated and used to summon a Book Token (100/100) with the effects that it can't be destroyed in battle, and once per turn it can be sacrificed to refresh the Barrier Master's attack negation ability.
That said, Dogside's draws are purposefully trying to draw out either a card that can search specific spells, or one specific spell in particular -
The early anime version of the Magic Card 'Multiply'. By infinitely dividing a minion with 500 or less ATK, Dogside will be able to pull off something particularly nasty. One of SEVERAL things. It also is looking for something that will actually decrease Posessor's ATK value for that same purpose. But it doesn't matter if it can't get that one in particular since it has something more potent in mind.
And it is ALWAYS trying to get a field spell called 'Realm of Darkness', to make the power of the Heartless cards it wields at their strongest.
Wait! Someone is stealing money from me? Not a matter of large concern, due to my large pockets, but this offense makes me angry, and greedy. I then harness this anger to transform into Scrooge McDuck:
Using my funds, I pay my way out of jail (which I probably have already paid for, but that's an issue for another time), and move forward as much as possible. I then use all my leftover magic to transform the Monopoly board into a Cartoon board. This forces everyone to become a cartoon character (except me), chosen by @Joebobob, and turn their persona and figure into this character.

the Jail dogsides fail to do so due to LeviRocks's righteous scrooge response of... giving you even more money. The Elephant/Dogside duo will not be receiving a complete list because there isn't one; only in cases of something happening the last round and me happening to remember it would last rounds events occur, but even then you'd have to be trying to declare your own achievements, which cannot be done. the Hole Dogside finds it cannot gnaw through the corks. They seem a bit too regal for that, despite missing all the regal stuff regal things have, like gold... intricate patterns... quality craftsmanship... cleanliness, obviously... you know, nothing much of importance. The Mayoral Dogside passes go, gets 200M, buys the die space for 420, and buys SoapboxBaltic Avenue for 60. They roll a 3+9+1+💣! The YuGiOh Dogside draws (1d20:18) Gold Sarcophagus and (1d20:2) Big Bank, Full of Deadly Thieves with its successful urn pot of greed gambit, Draw phases do not however draw cards, because Waluigis first turn was Two rounds ago if anything- when he summoned his hand to start with- and he didn't have a normal draw in the draw phase last turn, so clearly there is no such thing as a draw phase. You do indeed summon the Barrier Master- something which, since it was an image and not text, I have retained the full detail of! However, Book Tokens Can be destroyed by battle- if the Barrier Master is dead, anyway.

Their special ability is that when it dies, it explodes, destroying the enemy monster that attacked it but dealing its own ATK in damage to the controller! It then uses Shadow Glob to special Summon a Sapphire Elegy! Whenever it is hit by an attack, it and the monster that attacks it switch controllers before damage calculation! However, Dogside doesn't special summon it to his side of the field... but to Waluigi's!

The first hole-Dogside randomly runs back to... the King Hamsters chambers. In the hamsters beady eyes, they see a disdain for the dogside having returned without turning any of their level coins into pellets. The Jail Dogsides amuse themselves? Achievement unlocked! ">genuine imitation games: Play a game that is explicitly not the game you are playing but looks exactly like it." As for the Mayor Dogside, they play Gold Sarcophagus and Banish 'Multiply' from the deck, face up! at the beginning of their next post is their standby phase, and in the post after that will be the second standby phase after this cards activation! SADLY FOR LUIGI, WALUIGIS HAND IS IMMUNE TO SPELL, TRAP, AND MONSTER EFFECTS! Waluigi, that was an artefact, not a spell/trap/monster.... UH... WALUIGI KNEW THAT! WALUIGI WAS JUST MAKING SURE EVERYONE KNEW, AH, HOW VERY LUCKY THE LUIGI WAS TO HAVE USED SOMETHING THAT WAS NOT A SPELL, TRAP OR MONSTER! It’s the Diskworld on the back of 4 large elephants on the back of the giant space turtle called the Great A’tuin. Then, from the Diskworld comes a little box with hundreds of legs on it. It gets alongside my ship, and follows it (details about the box come later). Then, The Great A’tuin leaves, going back into space.

Mayor Dogside, realizing their error, realizes it needs to buy SoapboxBoardwalk asap. Let's NOT lose the Lobsters so soon, yeah? However, it's low on cash! However, it has a solution that involves its cunning. First off, it allows the Jail Dogs their time in the spotlight. What do you mean LeviRocks hasn't posted yet? If Levirocks didn't want to pay up, then they should have escaped sooner in a turnly manner!
THE SHAKEDOWN COMMENCES! Jail Dogsides are maliciously happy for being relevant for the first time in a while and they get their money! The shakedowns will stop only when LeviRocks actually escapes from Jail. However, there's a special money reimbursement offer from the bank for LeviRocks and all future jailees, as part of another Mayoral Decree! If a Player is forced to pay jail fines due to absence, but it able to escape the turn they return on, the bank will be legally forced to give them money equal to the amount they lost, even if they go bankrupt. That way, no one can say that Dogside was completely unfair! Of course, should this happen, then Dogside's cut of the tax money will go towards paying the bank back until the money is replaced so as to not anger the hands behind the money.
At any rate, 45 dollars richer, it then calls upon the power of the Whale Sales to get its 40 dollars in early. If they're stubborn about turn order, then Dogside gets a perfectly legal cash advance and pays it back when the whale money comes in. Then, Dogside passes GO on the Soapboxboard, collecting 200 Dollars! However, their minimum movement dice is 4! If they get too close to the screaming head, they'll be damaged!!!
However, the second it lands on the community chest space on the soapbox, the Mayor Dogside takes a right turn and hops onto one of the dice! It wants to buy these dice at a later date, so Dogside leaves the Bee behind here to make a Bee's Nest! This will produce 5 bees every turn with which to guard the dice path from everyone but Dogside, since Bees and Darkness are synonymous, after all. Dogside then uses his 5 to traverse the other 2 dice, end up on Park Place, then get back to Soapboxboardwalk, which it then purchases with its monopoly money that it legally got, securing the Lobster House!
Dogside and Elephant consider. Dogside, much to their embarrassment, is actually rather slow unless things like monopoly dice aren't helping them out! Why else has the other Dogside not been speedrunning? It seems, with much reluctance, they'll go down into the pipe after all. The elephant gives them a reassuring pat. Friendship at this stage is enough to make Dogside's skin crawl, but not too much to damage him.
Meanwhile... it seems that the Dogside already playing the game is busy booping every tile in sight. Or chasing its tail. No, wait, it's multi-tasking - It's chasing its tail AND booping tiles to light them up! Intelligent.

Or, rather, on the first Soapboardwalk Die, since there are 3 of them.The Dogside landed on Boardwalk at the end, though... and That is only 1 position away from Waluigis Screaming(er until victory) head's position! I am going to land on New York Ave, but then I swap it for the real New York city so I don't pay anything for rent (also I buy New York city if I don't own it). I also plant my melon in New York city. Then, I move for a third time. However, I use the power of my curry rice to move my current roll PLUS my previous rolls, totaling a movement of 14. I also land on another community chest space. I buy the space and draw again, and my turn is over.
As for my sunrise, I use it to put a sunrise up in the sky. Who doesn't like a pretty sunrise?

First things first - The Mayor Dogside sacrifices his +1 Hype and resets his Luck Meter to the neutral position to counter SqueegeeLord's Attempt at removal from office via trickery by reminding people of Dogside's true visage and power. Not to mention that's a tengu mask, not a dog mask. Dogside shakes their head.
Next up, Dogside will be leaving the Lobsters alone, meaning between them and the bees, no one but Dogside can now use the soapbox as a means of travel without risking Paradox Monopoly Health. At least not without establishing a third path. But neither would lead them past Go, so that's an acceptable hole in the defenses.
Now, for maximum cheesery, Dogside uses its Donut to do a donut! This allows Dogside to make a tight circle via drifting, and by doing so he passes Go and gains 200 dollars before ending back at the space he started at. Then, using all 10 of his movement, he passes Go again, collecting yet another 200 dollars, turns onto the dice, steps off of the 2nd dice onto Soapboardwalk directly, then makes their way back to the first die, collecting 200 dollars from passing Go for the third time int he same turn. For style points, they call out that they'll be earning an achievement for this, and for an extra STYLE GAMBIT that the name of the Achievement will be 'Go Go Go!'
Once the style gambit is resolved, they use their money to buy the die the bees are on, securing both the Bees and the die for their own usage.
But they are FAR from done. Waluigi's buyout of the other two dice has left it severely frustrated and furious, and the abrupt introduction of Yugioh and other card games into the mix has left it beyond pissed. Waluigi summoning his own hand for a Yugioh card summon?
Two can play at that game. Dogside howls at the Screaming-er head in deliberate challenge and begins its first move.
First off, Dogside uses his special ability as a heartless, which allows him to consume and collapse one Heart in order to summon a Heartless! It uses its Cupid Heart, enabling it to summon a Shadow Glob! This Pureblood Heartless will allow it to special summon one Pureblood Heartless per turn. It summons a Shadow Stalker in attack mode and uses one of its special abilities to possess the environment and enable it to attack nearby enemies! It possesses the second die, allowing it to attack Waluigi directly from the inventory!
Meanwhile, as this epic duel commences, the Elephant and Dogside duo. Stay. Absolutely. Still. Surely there's still an achievement or two for doing nothing, right?
The Jail Dogsides sniff out that LeviRocks has pellets! And instead of taking his money, they take his pellets! Aren't they so generous?
The Hole Dogside, meanwhile, moves onto the next room and continues to grab coins and boop tiles! Mostly because I forgot what was in the room he's currently in.
It looks close enough to a demon dog to work and I put my mask in my pocket for later

This doesn't affect your draws this round, since you didn't own them yet, but in the future, you can assume a convenient draw from these Chests as long as it shows up in actual monopoly, and raise your odds for non-monopoly cards of a given type by asking; likewise, when other players land on the Chests, you can influence their results to be better or worse!You are now tired out because of your super-boosted movement, lowering your next set of rolls, which after the reduction is 2+4+🌇!

Unfortunately, between the second die and the boardwalk is a thick, impenetrable, completely invisible, actually quite thin wall of "this is not the path implied"; while of course possible to pass through, it requires some kind of shenanigan stronger then "I go this way". Regardless, the Dogside still manages to land on Go three times via Donut and twice-loop- they just don't re-reach the first die. +600
M! You then declaOH NO YOU DON'T! WALUIGI PASSED GO THREE TIMES LAST ROUND TOO! THAT'S WALUIGIS ACHIEVEMENT, NOT YOURS! ...Geeze, I was going to repeat that declaring achievements doesn't work, just like all the other times. Don't get all uppity. WEH....That said, there are a lot of achievements for people forgetting they can't declare achievements. Odd how often this happens. Achievement Unlocked! ">Deaf, Blind, and Anosmiac: Try to declare your own achievements despite that being completely impossible, after some four to five other people have failed.". Oh, and when Waluigi says what achievements he's gotten, he's not declaring them, it's just that he's seeing what they are as they come since his posts occur in metaphysical tandem with my responses; I'm still the source of those.
Moving on! You fail to buy the bees dice because, well, you're not on it. Your next roll is 7+4+🏺. But moving on from there! You howl at the Screaming-er head. Unfortunately, it has long ago initiated screaming, and it cannot hear you over the perpetual WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA which escapes its maw.
The Dogside then eats the Cupid Heart and summons a Shadow Glob! Unfortunately, the first bit of information about Shadow Stalkers is that they are a Boss-Level Heartless. That doesn't sound like a level 4 heartless to me! Instead, you get a Possessor Sphere (358/2 days edition! the image is from X though, since that one looked a bit cleaner.).
Note- The limitations of the Shadow Glob weren't made to stop you in particular. Yugioh cards with the power to special summon monsters- or even monsters with a specific trait- from a category without heavy costs, are all quite hard to summon. Closest thing I know of to the Shadow Glob is Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon, which can special 1 dragon from your Hand or Graveyard every turn, and that monster requires you to Banish, not just tribute, another dragon to summon it from your Hand. the Shadow Glob you described would only see print if there were not and would never be any powerful Heartless cards to summon. Additionally, the one you got is actually a better version of the existing card, Summoner Monk.

ACTUALLY, THE WALUIGI JUICE POURING FROM THE GAPING HOLE IN WALUIGIS ARM IS MILDLY ANNOYING. WALUIGI STEMS IT WITH A NEARBY HANDKERCHIEF.
Some Clarification is in order. the Card Game addition will not result in players drawing cards every turn. Its effects are thus: Community Chest and Chance spaces are more likely to give card game cards. All players have a blank card or already have some cards. Card Game shenanigans will be better received. All players now have various types of life points in the card games, and losing all of ones life points is about as bad as losing at monopoly. Drawing Cards through means other then the above is a non-trivial task, and will for all but the best methods require significant material expenditure- unless using a card to draw cards, in which case the cards effects apply. When a player draws a card, they do not choose the card, but can suggest what they would like; their luck decides the results from there. Obtaining a specific card is harder to do with shenanigans then drawing an unknown card.

First off, The Jail Dogsides continue to take money From LeviRocks. They are able to take an extra 100 dollars this turn thanks to LeviRocks' blank card!
Next, the Elephant and Dogside duo politely petition for a complete list of achievements and who has gotten them so that embarrassing mistakes like what happened with the Mayor Dogside don't happen again so easily. Or the other 4 or 5 people.
The Hole Dogside begins gnawing on the yellow corks, attempting to find some way to annihilate them or otherwise bypass them.
Finally, we have the Mayor Dogside. It uses its movement to pass through the dice circuit once more, drop some money to the bees as it passes, have the bees buy the first die on its behalf, and end up at the Community Chest after Passing Go again! Wait, no, the bees rolled a 1. Dogside ends up on SoapboxBaltic Avenue and buys that as well.
Then, for Yugioh Extended Dogside draws 1 card at the beginning of their draw phase, which is totally legal because, since Waluigi went first, he doesn't get his draw phase on his first turn. Because draws must be approved by the GM, it will not be used this turn. He then activates his Emoji! Since it is a vase, he points out that another possible word for vase is pot, and since it is in possession of Dogside it becomes darkness aligned and infected with greed!
This newly fashioned 'Pot of Greed' has a complicated effect. Namely, from Dogside's deck, he is able to draw two additional cards, after which the spell card - or in this case the entire legitimate pot - is sent to his graveyard.
However, due to how card drawing works, these two cards will not be used this turn. Dogside won't need to. First, Dogside shifts the Shadow Glob and Possessor into defense mode, and then has the Shadow Glob shift into attack mode again to special summon a Barrier Master! The Barrier Master is incredibly weak, having only 100 ATK and DEF points, but it has two special effects. One is that, while it is alive, other Heartless cannot be attacked. The other is that if it is attacked, the first attack is negated and used to summon a Book Token (100/100) with the effects that it can't be destroyed in battle, and once per turn it can be sacrificed to refresh the Barrier Master's attack negation ability.
That said, Dogside's draws are purposefully trying to draw out either a card that can search specific spells, or one specific spell in particular -
The early anime version of the Magic Card 'Multiply'. By infinitely dividing a minion with 500 or less ATK, Dogside will be able to pull off something particularly nasty. One of SEVERAL things. It also is looking for something that will actually decrease Posessor's ATK value for that same purpose. But it doesn't matter if it can't get that one in particular since it has something more potent in mind.
And it is ALWAYS trying to get a field spell called 'Realm of Darkness', to make the power of the Heartless cards it wields at their strongest.
Wait! Someone is stealing money from me? Not a matter of large concern, due to my large pockets, but this offense makes me angry, and greedy. I then harness this anger to transform into Scrooge McDuck:
Using my funds, I pay my way out of jail (which I probably have already paid for, but that's an issue for another time), and move forward as much as possible. I then use all my leftover magic to transform the Monopoly board into a Cartoon board. This forces everyone to become a cartoon character (except me), chosen by @Joebobob, and turn their persona and figure into this character.

The Elephant/Dogside duo will not be receiving a complete list because there isn't one; only in cases of something happening the last round and me happening to remember it would last rounds events occur, but even then you'd have to be trying to declare your own achievements, which cannot be done.
the Hole Dogside finds it cannot gnaw through the corks. They seem a bit too regal for that, despite missing all the regal stuff regal things have, like gold... intricate patterns... quality craftsmanship... cleanliness, obviously... you know, nothing much of importance.
The Mayoral Dogside passes go, gets 200
M, buys the die space for 420, and buys SoapboxBaltic Avenue for 60. They roll a 3+9+1+💣!The YuGiOh Dogside draws (1d20:18) Gold Sarcophagus and (1d20:2) Big Bank, Full of Deadly Thieves with its successful
urnpot of greed gambit, Draw phases do not however draw cards, because Waluigis first turn was Two rounds ago if anything- when he summoned his hand to start with- and he didn't have a normal draw in the draw phase last turn, so clearly there is no such thing as a draw phase. You do indeed summon the Barrier Master- something which, since it was an image and not text, I have retained the full detail of!However, Book Tokens Can be destroyed by battle- if the Barrier Master is dead, anyway.

The Elephant Dogside duo, for the lack of anything better to do, just... decide to do the cha-cha-slide. You know:

The Hole Dogside growls and runs around in circles, barking! It eventually gets distracted, chases its tail, then gets distracted again and runs into another room randomly!
Back to the Monopoly board, the Dogsides in the jail begin to play poker. Using fake playing cards, lest they be dragged into the card playing nonsense the Mayor is wrapped up in.
The Mayor Dogside, meanwhile, decided to start their portion of the turn via Gold Sarcophogus, pulling out a Spell Card - Multiply. But not just any version of Multiply.
It is the early anime one that, quote, 'infinitely multiplies' a monster with less than 500 ATK points. If that doesn't fly, then let's just say that it's a special summon card that allows one to special summon certain kinds of swarm type monsters like Yami did with the Kuribohs. And given Dogside's Heartless deck he has quite a few swarm based nasties he can bust out with that card.
He sets the Shadow Glob and Barrier Master into defense mode. However, this is just the setup. What could Mayor Dogside do now?
First off, Dogside uses 12 of their 13 Movement to move back onto the game board and towards the Community Chest, where they attempt to draw another searcher card, Chainsaw Hewitt, or the Ream of Darkness Field Spell. The remaining one is turned into a Blackjack Card! However, since the only Blackjack Card with a value of one is the Ace, the Dogside Mayor gets one of the four Aces!
Next, they tap 4 of their Monopoly spaces for Mana to play their Big Bank, Full of Deadly Thieves Artifact. Its effect Activates, and Waluigi loses 5 life. But not just any 5 Life, since it is stolen via thieves - the 5 Life lost is responsible for Waluigi's Hand! It loses 5 of its stars as a result of the Big Bank being full of thieves and, strangely, Sofas.
And now comes the power play! Dogside uses their Bomb to special summon a Minute Bomb Heartless! Their special ability is that when it dies, it explodes, destroying the enemy monster that attacked it but dealing its own ATK in damage to the controller! It then uses Shadow Glob to special Summon a Sapphire Elegy! Whenever it is hit by an attack, it and the monster that attacks it switch controllers before damage calculation! However, Dogside doesn't special summon it to his side of the field... but to Waluigi's!
Dogside then sacrifices its own minions by having the Minute Bomb attack the Sapphire Elegy! They switch places and, due to Minute Bomb having less ATK, it is destroyed! Waluigi loses Life Points equal to Minute Bomb's attack, while the Sapphire Elegy is wiped out completely!

As for the Mayor Dogside, they play Gold Sarcophagus and Banish 'Multiply' from the deck, face up! at the beginning of their next post is their standby phase, and in the post after that will be the second standby phase after this cards activation! It looks like they managed to select the early anime card they were looking for. Although... a lot can change in two turns. hopefully you'll still Want multiply by the time you get it. You then set the Shadow Glob and Barrier Master to defence mode!
Ah, you miscounted. It takes all 13 movement to get to that Community Chest space, because the blue space after the railroad you can only see a little of counts. You draw a community chest card! You then roll an 18 on the D34 to determine if it's a monopoly card or a card game card, meaning card game, and a 14 on the luck D20. Not a good enough roll to get what you wanted... Your monster zones are now full, as they contains the Shadow Glob, the Possessor Sphere, the Barrier Master, the Minute Bomb, and the Sapphire Elegy; the only kind of non-tribute summon remaining would be an extra deck summon, to fill the Extra Monster Zone. The Dogside then ends their turn!
