(What kinds of heads are they?)
As you pull out your fire axe, the carvings frowns deepen. There are several different kinds of heads of different intelligent races, they range from human, elf, dwarf, dragonborn, tabaxi, ect.
You both also hear something that sounds like distant angry whispers...
"uhhh Okay... This is weird i don't like this! i have decided i don't like it! does it want us to tell it a joke? do you have any good ones? if my jester was here they would be dying of laughter..."
The Dark Raven walks over to the sword door. An enormous greatsword appears in his hands and he swings it at whatever he sees inside.
You open the sword door. The first thing you notice is that this room seams way bigger than it should be. You also notice what looks like a huge suit of armor on the far side of the room. This armor appears to be frozen inside several layers of ice. It is holding a giant great sword. You run and take a swing at it. The icy knight raises his sword blocking your strike. He lets you lean in close to him.
"I accept." he says in an icy voice.
The door slams shut behind you. Unlike the laughing face door, when this one closes, it looks like a window. You can see the others through it and they can see you.
The knight flings you back and you slide halfway across the room. After doing this, another set of arms unfold from behind him. One holding an war hammer, the other a mace.

He begins walking toward you.
Should I roll initiative?
And also, I picked this room because I guessed it would be combat :)

Should I roll initiative?
No we haven't been rolling initiative in this thread. You can hit him first, just don't make more than one attack before i answer. You can move around however you like though.
Harmony inspires MasteroftheDungeons. 'You can do it!'
Can she open the door that Alexander and Angelino disappeared behind or is it locked?
As soon as you touch the door you are teleported inside and immediately hear the whispering. You are now locked inside with them. Angelino, Alexander, you notice that the whispering is growing louder. Everyone in the room take 12 psychic damage

The whispering grows slightly louder...
Alexander cringes inwardly, then slowly puts his axe away. "Um... When is a door not a door?"
Performance: 20
Edit: I guess I should have waited until I got an answer to roll performance...oh well. The joke was super off the cuff.

The statues do not answer. (Angelino may answer and role performance)
Can Harmony inspire MasteroftheDungeons through the glass?
Only spilt the party if you see something shiny.
Ariendela Sneakerson, Half-elf Rogue (8); Harmony Wolfsbane, Tiefling Bard (10); Agnomally, Gnomish Sorcerer (3); Breeze, Tabaxi Monk (8); Grace, Dragonborn Barbarian (7); DM, Homebrew- The Sequestered Lands/Underwater Explorers; Candlekeep
Harmony will wait in the main room, since she feels like splitting the party further probably isn’t a good idea.

I have a extra attack feature. Can I use that?

Yes
Edit: i guess i should have specified more. Basically treat it like normal combat without an actual order to the turns.
lol you guessed right ;)
Harmony attempts to make the heads laugh. "What's a cyclops' favorite flower?"
"An iris!"

"A door is not a door when..." Alexander asks, restating his joke and pausing in an awkward attempt for dramatic effect. "It is ajar."
Here is another performance roll just because: 21
He holds his breath, hoping that his natural charm is enough to pull off the joke.
Edit: Alexander is not that great at jokes...
